Sreebe House appears to be known for its excellent food, but we only had the breakfast (which was outstanding) as we were busy touring the area into the evening. This is a spectacularly located old estate house, right on the water, in a very quiet and remote part of the county. Our room was gigantic (as was the bathroom). We enjoyed walking around the grounds. The staff (ALL of them) were gracious and helpful. If you are looking for a place to be pampered, this is it!

Hotel in Clifden
Situated in the picturesque town of Clifden, the hotel is fast becoming the premier location for active vacations with its unique and diverse landscape, ideal for walking, biking, and hiking. It’s hard to articulate how wonderful our stay was at the hotel. The staff and manager felt like family. Everyone was so kind and informative. Breakfast was amazing and oddly enough included in the price. The hotel is situated right in the center of town and close to everything you would need. The hotel restaurant was exceptional. The manager provided tea and cookies when we were sitting in the lobby. The front desk and waiters were kind and informative. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower and tub were very nice after our travels around the country. I love the hotel decorations and antiques, the atmosphere and vibe, the attitudes of the staff, the cleanliness, the comfort, and the food!! This was my favorite place to stay and my favorite town visited while in Ireland 😊 one more thing I feel it is necessary to comment on is the hotel manager. He was amazing. He worked and helped the front desk, helped serve breakfast and dinner and was involved in every aspect. A lot of times you see people in the management position as more of a figure of telling people what to do. This man helped everyone and was a part of every process as a manager should.

Very friendly, attentive, professional staff. Very quiet, comfortable room. Beautiful views! We had a patio suite on the first floor and a door that opened onto a small outdoor seating area. The hotel is very close to lovely beaches. We didn't go to the beach, however, we were there for the pony show. The city of Clifden is about 10 minutes away--very easy drive with spectacular shoreline views. We enjoyed Clifden and the Connemara Sands very much and would recommend it as a base for day trips around Connemara.
We were delighted with our stay at Maol Reidh Hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful; the in-house restaurant was exceptional with excellent meals and the ability to prepare delicious vegan meals when we asked. The location near Connemara National Park was just what we wanted, and after an afternoon hike, there was nothing cozier than walking into the lobby with the peat fire glowing. Although the rooms are simple, they are clean, comfortable and roomy. It was our favorite stay in Ireland.
Leenaun
The setting and location of the B&B was fantastic. We wanted to stay in a quiet place far from the city, and well, this is the place! Just a few miles from my grandmothers ancestral home, one valley to the north, Limestone Lodge was a great place for our family to stay and explore the west coast of Ireland and the Connemara. Our host Cathy was warm, and friendly, and offered many thoughts about travel in the area and knew many of my extended family members,
Everything about our stay was amazing!! The welcome, staff, and atmosphere was beyond our expectation! The hotel setting was stunning, the restaurant food delicious, and the decor beautifully old-world with all the modern conveniences! I’d stay there again tomorrow!! Highly recommend to anyone passing through Connemara!
Excellent location in the center of Clifden. Brilliant base for travel around Connemara. Very friendly staff. The Station Bar across from the Hotel is excellent for food and service. Enjoyed the short stay. We used the hotel as a base for photography so it was perfect. See www.reluctantirishmansguide.com

This apartment is very well located, just 2 min away from the Connemara Park entrance. It is right behind the Veldons Sesafarer Pub, which makes it very convenient for dinner or for a drink.
Location for exploring Connemara and Wild Atlantic Way is brilliant, not far from Galway City either Staff were very good and really helpful Lovely bar area and good evening food
One of the loveliest places I have ever stayed.
Hotel is full of old world charm in an amazing location. Pool was lovely and warm, food was delicious, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, (in particular Andy who went above and beyond). Can't wait to go back sometime!
Lovely countryside location in the hills. I wish we had had more time to spend using some of the facilities and exploring the immediate.
The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The food was great. They had hand sanitizer at every table too, very COVID friendly. Would definitely come back again.

The Host was very friendly, the breakfast was wonderfull, the view was fabulous, so i highly recomend this place. Thank Frederic for this lovely week end
