Clean rooms, great breakfast buffet, excellent dinner options (the falafel plate was huge and so tasty), very good dinner buffet, especially on Friday!), clean pool (33 meters) with an incredible view over the Dead Sea, to its right, and beautiful view of the mountains to its north side. Try the SYNERGY-SPA at the hotel (very relaxing, one of a kind view), so many different kind of flowers, trees, and cactuses/cacti, not to mention the various birds-just beautiful and relaxing all-in-all! Just 7 min. drive to the Ein Gadi oasis/falls-a must see! Free entrance to the Ein-Gedi-Baths, “Sea of Spa”, (7 min drive) where you can enjoy floating in the Dead Sea (“free entrance” only for guests from “Kibbutz Ein Gadi Hotel”; free shuttle ride option from the hotel). Masada National Park is 18 min by car. You can either walk up the trail, about 90-120 min., or use the SWISS-Build Gondola-spectacular view! Joram Baworowski, Switzerland
The main attraction here is the Dead Sea and the spas. Masada and Ein Gedi reserve are also incredible places to visit. Ein Bokek itself is not very interesting. It is just a string of hotels and some touristy shopping.
Great place, desert with oasis, Dead Sea, baths, commercial centers... Really a nice place to visit - the lowest point on the globe. Be careful - parking on blue-white bands is 7/7 payable and fines are often given to ignorant tourists
A perfect restful holiday with great spa facilities on the hotel grounds and at the dead sea all included in the price plus, all within amazing botanical gardens, amazing views, perfect weather too.
The Dead Sea is a world wonder. This is a place for those who like the beach with some interesting sites around it. If you don't book half board at your hotel, you will be a little stuck for food choices. You are very limited.
The place is easy to get to by a car, it has a beautiful view. The real pearl of the place is the beach and the Dead Sea itself on the one hand, and on the other hand- the mountains- powerful and huge. Perfect place to escape noisy and crowded city life and have a rest enjoying the beauty of nature.
The dead sea area is amazing calming and relaxing even though the hotel was the worst we enjoyed the air the beach and the calmness the sunrise amd sunset are breath taking don't stay away from this area it is amazing and I recommended every person to stay foe a few days in a diffrent hotel this is one of the best places in Israel but don't forget to take a trip to ein gedi and Jerusalem
We went there to experience the Dead Sea and see Masada. If I could have driven early in the morning to avoid Jerusalem traffic I would have visited Masada early in the morning and gone to theDead Sea in the afternoon and left the region.
It's a one of a kind life experience. Dead Sea on one side and desert like mountains on the other. Views breathtaking. To float on the Dead Sea was amazing. Bring water with you, it's hot. The hotels all sell but there is a store for cheaper. It's easy if you rent a car to then drive to Masada and Ein Geri if you want. We did not have a car but took the bus. That was simple, runs every hour after 8:00am ish. My kids loved it! Incredible! Go to Masada and Ein Gedi while there.
It's the Dead Sea so of course one have to experience it at least once, hotels are quiet outdated and there is no nightlife or shopping unless you are willing to drive 25 km to the city of Arad
Neʼot HaKikar
Noam and his wife were awesome. Place is clean, safe and quite near Dead sea. There is everything you need. If you got any problems on your trip Noam will quide. They are so lovely and helpful. I got good information for my trip to Jerusalem. By the way, never in any accommodation no one has ever asked how the rest of my trip went and is everything good. I were waiting flight to home and got message from their place. Exeptionally awesome people! ♥️ If I come back to Israel, I'm gonna go there even just to say Hi.
At first we were a bit hesitant to stay at westbank North part of the Dead Sea, considering the sensitive nature of the area. However, this place happened to be a hidden gem. It was not only safe, but we were also rewarded with an amazing view to the death sea and a unique experience inside Ovnat village. The host, a lovely Israely family, was very helpful with our stay, give tips in every way possible. At our arrival we had some beer and snacks in a spotless clean place, welcomed by amazing weather. Highly recommended.
Ein Gedi
Exceptional - in the Botanical Garden in the Kibbuz, lovely apartment, lovely owner who even washed our clothes when I asked if I could use his washing machine. The whole Kibbuz and the "Zimmer" are a haven, an oasis. We decided immediately we will come and stay again if we will head to the Dead Sea next time when we fly to Israel. It was one of the highlights of our trip to stay here (and memories of my time as a volunteer in a Northern Kibbuz at the lake of Galilee came back at once ;-)).
A great location to use to see all the sites around the Dead Sea. Parking outside the door is easy, a good bed but they are singles, a good sized fridge, a two burner stove, enough cookware and plates and cups. We had oil, salt, pepper, coffee and tea. We were surprised by a bottle of wine! What a treat ! The shower had good pressure and lots of hot water and the air conditioning and heat were great. Quiet and easy to find, everything went well. Thanks for letting us use your apartment.
The Ein Gedi Kibbuz Hotel is located in a truly awesome botanical garden on a hill side overlooking the Dead Sea. Breakfast and dinner are served in a central facility close to the main building of the hotel. Excellent food selection for both breakfast and dinner (150 NIS/person). From the hotel, several hikes in the nearby Wadis are within reach (the parking lot for Wadi Arugot NP can be seen from the hotel promenade toward the northwest).
We were warmly welcomed at a stunning location in Arad, Israel. To our great surprise, we were upgraded from a luxury room with a balcony to a suite! The breakfast was a delightful surprise, impeccably clean, fresh, varied, and prepared and served with great passion. The location is perfectly situated near the Dead Sea, Masada, and Ein Gedi Park. Our stay was outstanding, and we had an unforgettable experience.
Arad
We were seven people and had two nice apartments in the house (which, I think has even two more apartments for guests). The team was very friendly and helpful, also with smaller requests and the apartments were well decorated in good taste. If you have or want to stay in Arad or near the Dead Sea (without having to pay tourist-trap rates at the hotels down there), the apartments can definitely be recommended.
Mory s place - it is a magical place!!! Very well decorated and equipped apartment. 3 powerful air conditioners. Balcony. Fantastic location a few steps to the city center. Excellent restaurants and pizzeria Kaparucka in the city, point on craft brewery Shetta in town, the best beer I've ever drink. Dead Sea and Masada in 20 minutes by free runway through the desert. Amazing !!!!!!!!!
Great hotel to vist the Dead Sea and Masada. It is respectively 30 and 45 minutes drive by the most spectacular road, it is so much cheaper than the actual Dead Sea resorts and you have city infrastructure nearby, with shops, restaurants, fast foods etc. Simple rooms with all things needed, very good breakfast. Big thanks for reception staff for early check in and late check out.
Ovnat
Perfect position if you want to visit the dead sea staying in not a touristic place. 15 min by walking to arrive on the beach. Visiting Avnat village (Israeli village in the West Bank) was a very interesting experience, easily achievable also by public transport from Jerusalem in 45 min. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Highly suggested for everyone
Ein Bokek
Good location, next to Masada. If you want to see sunrise at Masada , this hotel will be your best choice. Also not far from Dead Sea as well !! Staff is friendly ! Compared with other hotels in Israel , this hotel price is reasonable and super clean. Breakfast is great too . If I come back to Dead Sea next time , I definitely will stay at this hotel again.
We were given a very warm welcome by Nicole. There were no other guests so we had the place to ourselves which felt like a luxury. It's more like a beautifully done up guesthouse than a hotel. We loved the views and the garden. It was a very good location to explore En Gedi, Masada and the dead sea. Would definitely recommend it.
The hotel made the best impression. Large spacious room, very clean, good room service. Lovely delicious breakfast with a wide selection of food. I would like to say especially good words about the spa. We loved the amazing massages done by Aviram. In general, we give the highest rating to the rest at the Royal Dead Sea Hotel.
The Hotel is located in a very quiet area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dead sea minerals cosmetic set was included in the room price. The food in hotel ( halfboard) was very fresh and tasty. Dead sea and shopping mall with coffe shops and supermarket are very close to hotel. The parking is very good.
If you want a super relaxing break, the Oasis Spa Club Dead Sea Hotel is perfect. Wonderful Dead sea view , great food, lovely pool, warm and helpful staff . Special thanks to Elena , a receptionist , who speaks Russian and is very professional and accommodating. If this hotel is within your budget, stay there!
1st - it’s one of the greatest hotels in Ein Bokek; 2nd - food always very delicious and various; 3d - design of hotel is incredible - very beautiful; 4 - service on high level; 5 - very big pool with palms and beautiful backyard 6 - 5 min to the Dead Sea or can use shuttle
Everything , the food the room the pool the location the staff everything was perfect best hotel in dead sea for couples , we also got a room with private pool sea view for the same price of other hotels standard rooms highly recommended
The.staff was very friendly, accommodating and always tried to help. We received some cool gifts from the hotel from the woman who took care of our stay. She was amazing! Loved the pool and the easy access to the Dead Sea.
This is one of the best resort on the Dead Sea in Israel, location is really great, near the super salted lake on the bottom as of 417 meter under sea level. Pool is 5 stars. Breakfast is 5 stars. Great and short vacation!
Hotel is great with various restaurants and service available. As tourists from Australia, the hotel had great access to the Dead Sea and the staff were friendly and offered great advice around our visit to the Dead Sea.
