The staff arr very kind. Everything is clean, cosy and well designed. The location is only 10 minutes from the mamilla mall. They even served various hannuka donughts for free! The breakfast was amazing!

Clean, central, convenient and good staff

We loved the service, the spacious room and the restaurant.

I appreciated the staff phone call to my room soon after my arrival informing me if I need anything to dial 0 and will bring assistance or additional items such as a towel to the room. Housekeeping brought us upon arrival in the room a box of chocolate that we enjoyed.

Since my husband has mobility problems I enquired whether we could get a room with a walk in shower. The hotel accommodated us and made our stay much more pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave a very warm and pleasant feeling to our stay.

Traffic is very convenient either go to old city or Yahuda market. Nearby a parking lot is available with reasonable price.

The location is excellent offering quick access to both the New and Old City sections of Jerusalem. It is easily accessible by foot and public transportation. The outside patio is spacious. The interior lobby is well decorated and clean.. The dining area was clean and well lit, the table settings were well designed. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of choices, no limits. All food was fresh. The staff immediately cleared tables after guests left. There were no dirty dishes left on tables for any extended periods of time. The staff was very attentive to the guests. My room was very clean (yes I checked) and the mattress was excellent. The room was surprisingly spacious. I slept extremely well. Air conditioning is customer regulated which I appreciated.

Excellent hotel. Perfect location, very near to the old city and in the city center. It was very clean and confortable. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly. I would gladly stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the view and the area very much, very close to a few dining options, and close to public transportation. The breakfast was extraordinary ( we enjoyed it so much that we overate and then skipped lunch). The staff was always very nice and eager to please. We will definitely try and stay in this hotel again.
