The hotel has an absolutely fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to Damascus Gate. There are plenty of shops around, as well as cafés with sweets and shawarma. In general, you can reach all the main attractions on foot within 15 minutes. The staff is very friendly. We were given a great room on the 5th floor with a terrace and a view of the minaret and the Muslim cemetery. The room was spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. There is a coffee machine at the reception where you can make tea or coffee at any time. We really enjoyed everything. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I went to Jerusalem for a few days. The location is perfect. Tip: if you will be arriving by car, let the hotel know in advance, and provide the car’s license plate as soon as you can (if it’s a cab, ask your driver and call the front desk). They will then grant access to the street, which is closed and gated. That way, it will be easier to carry the suitcases to the hotel. We were walking distance from Mamilla mall, many little restaurants, shops, markets, and to the Western Wall as well. Breakfast on the 11th floor is delicious, many choices of fruit, cheeses, croissants, breads… excellent.

This is a family owned and run hotel, most of the staff have worked there for in excess of 15 years, they love their jobs and it shows. The service from all at the hotel was exceptional, they organised our taxi's to and from the hotel to Ben Gurion airport. They also arranged all taxi's and tour guides for our trips round Jerusalem old city, Bethlehem and Jericho. All costs put on the hotel bill so easy to pay once for everything as we booked out. Fabulous service in an amazing hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the view and the area very much, very close to a few dining options, and close to public transportation. The breakfast was extraordinary ( we enjoyed it so much that we overate and then skipped lunch). The staff was always very nice and eager to please. We will definitely try and stay in this hotel again.

Upon arrival the staff at Cramim was there for us. We arrived when it was raining and they made sure to get our luggage. Check in was quick, and then we immediately went to the spa to schedule a massage. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious. We stayed there for hours just relaxing while looking at the mountains. The spa was really nice, but the food was the highlight. The breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Amro went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. The room that had been reserved for me was sprayed with very nice perfume, however due to my allergies it was an issue. Amro did his best to find a room that fitted all my needs. Thanks you so much for being so accommodative. Breakfast was great too

Hadas (name) shows Great management skills, not noisy, staff excellent. I only wish the spa was hotel owned but the hotel is so good at any needs for that too. Security is very good, cameras all around. You will feel comfortable and very welcome. The snack/ bar off to the side in the lobby is a nice place to unwind after dinner and a good polite worker there too. It's a gem I had not known was there in 30 years coming to the general area!

The Judean Hills, just outside Jerusalem lie in an area...

The Judean Hills, just outside Jerusalem lie in an area entirely reforested and, thanks to arson attacks over the years by certain enemies of Israel, grows ever more lush. Neve Ilan sits atop one of the hills and the views in every direction are amazing. The air is a pure as mountain air and the sky an almost perpetual blue. A most peaceful retreat away from everyday stresses and pressures.

Natan the manager was always available and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed that was within his capacity. The house is basic and met most of our needs excluding a fan or exhaust in the master bathroom and a closet/dresser in master bedroom. We used the one in the 2nd bedroom. He cleaned the pool and hot tub to my liking after I requested it. He was very helpful with different directions, special hidden spots, and even fixed my phone when I couldn't get wifi. It would be most helpful to have the address of the back of the house where the car enters.

Great place to visit.

Great place to visit. The place where the creation of the world began and where most of our current culture came from. The energy is still as good as it was during my last visit 7 years ago, old city just as vibrant, only there are much less tourists.

Jerusalem is a city that should be visited more than once. It offers a big variety of options, be it art, religion, history, archeology, walking and strolling through various neighborhoods, the human mosaic, almost an "anthropologic" tour. Weather conditions are not an issue to worry about, every season of the year offers something different, always beautiful.
