Friendly staff, very clean, excellent facilities

Excellent location to the Old City & superb facilities. Meals delicious & varied, staff friendly & so helpful, a special word of thanks to Abeer for being so kind & helpful. I travelled alone for a week to spend time at the Holy places. There is a beautiful Chapel in Notre Dame which has daily Eucharistic Adoration & Evening Mass. I felt safe all my time in Jerusalem, it was lovely meeting the local people. I would highly recommend people to come and Notre Dame of Jerusalem is perfect for anyone visiting/Pilgrimage. Don’t miss the spectacular unobstructed view’s of Jerusalem from the rooftop! Many thanks to all at Notre Dame. Geraldine x

Most everything was very enjoyable. The location is great, rooms are very comfortable, Shabbat elevator, staff are very friendly and helpful. Food plentiful if you are having your meals there.

Traffic is very convenient either go to old city or Yahuda market. Nearby a parking lot is available with reasonable price.

The location is excellent offering quick access to both the New and Old City sections of Jerusalem. It is easily accessible by foot and public transportation. The outside patio is spacious. The interior lobby is well decorated and clean.. The dining area was clean and well lit, the table settings were well designed. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of choices, no limits. All food was fresh. The staff immediately cleared tables after guests left. There were no dirty dishes left on tables for any extended periods of time. The staff was very attentive to the guests. My room was very clean (yes I checked) and the mattress was excellent. The room was surprisingly spacious. I slept extremely well. Air conditioning is customer regulated which I appreciated.

Oscar - the manager of the hotel was so lovely and accomodating! He was so friendly and kind, and I couldn't have asked for anything more to make my experience so comfortable. Huge shoutout to Oscar!!

Customer service manager Yael welcomed us to the hotel. She went out of her way to make our short Trip amazing. Highly recommend this hotel clean, great pool and warm staff.

My stay at Vert Hotel Jerusalem was exceptional in every way. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. The hotel is elegant, impeccably maintained, and offers a very high level of comfort. The room was spotless, quiet, and extremely well appointed. I would especially like to commend the manager, Hani Ashayer. His professionalism, warmth, and hands-on approach truly set this hotel apart. He is attentive, approachable, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have an outstanding experience. His leadership is clearly reflected in the excellence of the entire team. The staff was consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful, and every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. Everything was simply top-notch. Booked it on the night, service was great, in the morning got told where to make coffee, delivered a water bottle to my room. Amazing all round

The New Imperial is a charming, genuinely old, family-run (multi-generational) hotel. its location is unparalleled as it is inside Jaffa Gate and opposite to the Tower of David. Its rooftop gives an excellent view of the surrounding area. The staff were all charming and very attentive (and got up early to prepare an early breakfast for us).

Location was perfect. We stayed just 1 night and it had all conveniences. Would definitely stay again :)
