Since my husband has mobility problems I enquired whether we could get a room with a walk in shower. The hotel accommodated us and made our stay much more pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave a very warm and pleasant feeling to our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and beautiful. The beautiful flowers and views made it very pleasant. The staff was very accommodating, because of a wedding we arrived late. Their instructions were great.

Great hotel right by the zoo. Great facilities, wonderful service, great breakfast. Fantastic value for money given the price of hotels in Jerusalem. If you don’t need to be right downtown this hotel is a real find!

Most everything was very enjoyable. The location is great, rooms are very comfortable, Shabbat elevator, staff are very friendly and helpful. Food plentiful if you are having your meals there.

The holy atmosphere is all over Jerusalem.
The holy atmosphere is all over Jerusalem. It is a very special place, nowhere else in the world. You can live the generations and re-live history. Shabbat in Jerusalem is very special, the whole city comes to a halt, tranquility and peaceful are everywhere. During the week there are lots of wonderful things to enjoy, the holy places, the City of David, the Kotel tunnels, the Israel museum just to name a few. The light rail inside Jerusalem makes it easy to get around. The Mahane Yehuda market is unique and real fun.

The Judean Hills, just outside Jerusalem lie in an area...
The Judean Hills, just outside Jerusalem lie in an area entirely reforested and, thanks to arson attacks over the years by certain enemies of Israel, grows ever more lush. Neve Ilan sits atop one of the hills and the views in every direction are amazing.
The air is a pure as mountain air and the sky an almost perpetual blue. A most peaceful retreat away from everyday stresses and pressures.

Hadas (name) shows Great management skills, not noisy, staff excellent. I only wish the spa was hotel owned but the hotel is so good at any needs for that too. Security is very good, cameras all around. You will feel comfortable and very welcome. The snack/ bar off to the side in the lobby is a nice place to unwind after dinner and a good polite worker there too. It's a gem I had not known was there in 30 years coming to the general area!

Nice apartment. Host was obnoxious. Every interaction he was rude and inconsiderate. Ok you want to own an apartment and get some revenue. If it’s annoying to you then hire a manager.
Internet didn’t work, he said call the service provider (!)
Ac made a lot of noise he said it’s ok it’s not so hot (it was 90 degrees!) he said turn it off
I forgot something in the apt I know is there I asked to arrange to pick it up, he said it’s not there because he couldn’t be bothered to look.
Apt isn’t that nice. It isn’t worth dealing with such people. Avoid!

The old Jerusalem is an interesting destination for sure, even if you're not religious. The four different quarters have their own feel, some of the landmarks (wailing wall, the mosque area, ramparts walk) are truly world class. Easy access to day tours to Bethlehem, Jericho, Dead Sea well worth considering. During the day Jerusalem is full of tourists and related nuisances. Yet, early morning or after dark it's a different place that belongs to the people who actually live there. All the barely navigable back alleys are definitely worth exploring. You will get lost :)

The owner was very responsive to my inquiries about details of the property. I felt confident before I arrived that this would be a good fit for our group of five adults. My wife and I were surprised how nice the furnishings were and the space was inviting and comfortable. We are very happy with this experience. We found a wonderful restaurant within 3 minute walk. Parking our rental car was easy in the designated parking area across the street.

Jerusalem is an incredible city with a unique atmosphere unlike anywhere else. Walking through the Old City, visiting the historic sites, and exploring the local markets made every day special. There is so much history, culture, and great food to enjoy. We had an amazing time and can't wait to visit again.
