Location is amazing in the old city, close to shopping, artist galleries, market, restaurants and sites. Room was clean and comfortable, with water and snack included. Breakfast was fantastic, buffet of lots of tasty options. Parking was so essential, we did most of our site seeing on foot. Views from the complex are beautiful in this ancient city. Reception was very hospitable.

The room had modern esthetic decor. The bed was queen size and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were excellent. The room had a nice patio. The parking area was convenient, spacious and free.

A Magical and Romantic Escape – Thank You! We had an absolutely amazing and romantic time. From the moment we arrived, everything was great. The atmosphere is peaceful and intimate – the ideal getaway from the noise and stress of Tel Aviv. The food was simply incredible. Every meal felt like it was made with love. We especially want to thank the wonderful staff and the owners for making our stay so special. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The facilities are brand new, very good and fast service.

The Taj Akko easily accessible in the old city and a short walk from everything. Our room in the old stone hotel was nicely decorated with old tiles on the floor, a large comfortable bed, colorful pillows on a bench and stone walls and ceiling. The owners left fresh fruit, coffee and chocolate for us as well as bottles of cold water in the refrigerator. The hotel is a short walk from the free public parking area. We couldn't find a spot, so we parked a bit farther away. The owner paid our parking. We would certainly stay there again.

The apartment is in a perfect area — very close to the Old City and extremely easy to reach. Everything is within walking distance, and the neighborhood feels safe and pleasant. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are enormous with fridge coffee /tea making facilities and sink. Lots of cupboard and wardrobe space. Big bathroom with walk in shower. Staff are outstanding so helpful. Rita and Eric could not do enough to accommodate our family in 5 rooms here to celebrate my grandsons barmitzvah -

Breakfast and Dinner were both excellent, good variety, not too spicy, we sat in the Sukkah, plenty of room, comfortable, our room was a nice room, our daughter and son-in-law in the next room had an even bigger room, bed and bathroom were good size and comfortable,
