Thanks to the receptionist for waiting for us until late (around 10pm). We requested a kettle and got it. No iron though. Got a room for 5 person with 5 beds, and it has a balcony. Really nice view and very comfortable. It has an elevator too. Breakfast is also included. Love staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. A special thank you to Deborah at reception for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She made us feel truly welcome and was always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I picked the hotel initially just because it was along the way for the vacation destination, the price seemed fair and the rooms looked fun, like sleeping in a manor. It turns out... it used to be an actual manor. Only on the day of arrival had I read the "fine print" regarding parking (my own fault, it's clearly written on the listing, so it's completely on me), called the property and the proprietor patiently explained that they do offer a few parking spaces directly at the property and we can park here, as there is enough space and proceeded to explain how to get there in detail. The rooms were charming, plenty of space to put down luggage and relax, a nice view on the mountains. The breakfast selection was very nice and i very much enjoyed the scrambled eggs and bacon! A very lovely place! Will definitely visit again if i have the opportunity.

very caring hosts. they checked in several times on how things were as we had some car problems on the way there. the hotel was in a super good location to stay. the beds were the best we have slept in in a long time and it felt like sleeping on clouds, really nice after a long trip and hiking. everything was great and we will definitely come back. loved it! Highly recommended! + they had a cute little area to hang out on or have breakfast.

Clean cozy hotel perfect for staying

Hotel Krone was in a great location in Bruneck, right behind the castle and in easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and public transport (we also got a guest pass with the hotel booking so all transport within the area was free!). Hikes were easy to reach without the need of a car- including Lago di Braies, Kronplatz and Corvara. The Earth Pyramids and Riva waterfalls nearby were also worth a visit! The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and the bed was very comfortable. We also liked the pool to cool down after a hard day's walking! The hotel staff were very nice and got us a fan for our room during the heatwave.

Location , room has a balcony. Staff are helpful and nice. Rocio also known as Rosi help me pack a takeaway lunch on my last day as i could not make it for breakfast. She offers this when no one else did. Coz i start all my activities around 7am. She packs super nice big lunch , even chilled my food ( bottled water, apple sandwich) before passing to me . She is fantastic!

This is a hotel that is very well run by its owners. Friendly staff, good service, good breakfast, excellent dinner and nice wines. We are spoiled and this is one of the best hotels we have been to. An example of the quality is that the cappucino at breakfast is made by hand and does not come from a fully automatic machine. We booked one of the suites. If possible, I would go for it. That was a really nice room.

The location is very peaceful, the SPA is very nice with a warm indoor and outdoor pool, the staff is very kind and the food is excellent.

Spacious room with high-quality furniture and very comfortable. The spa is beautiful and very relaxing, perfect after a day of skiing. Great location, only 8 minutes by car from the ski slopes.
