Căutați hoteluri în Sicilia, Italia

Catania poate fi un bun cartier general pentru o excursie de 4-5 zile în Sicilia. Nu trebuie ratate Syracusa (în special Ortygia), Noto (realmente spectaculos seara), Taormina (o bijuterie) și Etna, destinații ușor accesibile cu mașina. Bucătăria locală este realmente excelentă (ingrediente de calitate, preparate fără cusur), la prețuri foarte comode pentru turiști. Faptul că mașina închiriată ne-a fost spartă în ultima zi și ne-am întors cu hainele de pe noi ar fi un mare minus, dar nu poate afecta impresia generală asupra sejurului.

The trip was a gift for my mother on her birthday and she was very excited about the city, so is good if you want to spend some family time. And old and not very modern city, it reminded me of Rome. They were working on rehabilitation of a lot of places and buildings, that was not so good and you also cannot provide it. We had lunch and dinner at two of the restaurants on via Maqueda. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names but you can find a lot with good prices and delicious Italian food. Sicilia is also famous for its good desserts and there is no wrong in this. They have very good sweets (cannoli, cassata) and gelatto. You have to know that there is a FREE BUS for making the tour of the city. You just have to go to the Tourist Office and ask for a map to know the route it makes so you can do the "hop-on & hop-off" for free :) Be very but VERY aware of pickpockets, they are taking their "job" very serious in this specific city. Fortunately, nothing bad happened to us, but a lot of our friends had unpleasant envenimements.

Am plecat cu asteptari putine, pentru ca este vorba de un oras din Sicilia, insa am ramas deosebit de incantati. In primul rand este un oras incarcat de obiective si vestigii. Dominatiile de-a lungul vremii si-au lasat amprenta. Bisericile de mii de ani, bizantine, maure, catolice, sunt de o frumusete si de o incarcatura fantastica. Teatrele Politeama si Massimo, splendide! Monrealle obligatoriu de vizitat! Nu este un oras scump, mancarea pentru toate buzunarele, restaurante multe. Faleza frumoasa! Foarte frumoase gradini si parcuri, palate si vile! Chiar si stradutele "exotice' sunt interesante!

Piața Duomo, Via Etnea, Teatrul "Bellini", Piața Cutelli,Piața Stesicoro, Acicastello, Acitrezza, Grădina Bellini sunt locuri minunate, dar întreaga Catanie te impresionează. Se mănâncă bine la terasele micuțe, dar si in piața de exemplu dacă ești pe fuga si cumperi un "Panino".Se călătorește destul de bine, dar dacă ai timp, Catania merita sa o vizitezi la pas. Călătoriile din Catania spre celelalte orașe din Sicilia, dacă aveți timp, sunt de neratat pentru a desăvârși o călătorie minunata in frumoasa Sicilie !

Catania este un bun punct de plecare, cu distante acceptabile spre tot ceea ce are Sicilia de sud de oferit. Se poate ajunge chiar la Palermo, desi capitala este un oras care "merita" cel putin 3-4 zile ea insasi. Catania are atmosfera, desi nu exceleaza prin curatenie. Te simti binet, atmosfera generala este relaxata si galagioasa. Sicilia este o destinatie accesibila, ai ce vizita 7-10zile. recomandabil ar fi 4-5 zile cu cazare in Catania si apoi 3-4 zile cu cazare in Palermo. Orcum, nu ratati!

We had a delicious Sicilian breakfast every morning. Our host, Filippo, perfectly complements the charm of the location and even more so. He provided us with tips and recommendations during the ten days we spent at Villa Teresa, about places to visit, where to eat, where to rent a car and much more. We would love to meet a "Filippo" on every holiday we will go from now on.

I loved the food! You should not leave Sicily (Catania or other cities) before tasting the sword fish, Calzone, Pasta alla Norma and Casatta Siciliana with pistachio. Also, an ice-cream a day is mandatory. :) Eat at the PaneCaldo, near Teatro Bellini - prices are good and food as well. You can also enjoy live music at the nearby restaurants. To get to the beach get the D bus from the main bus station (nearby Duomo Cathedral of Catania). Access to the beach is 4 euro minimum and sunbed around 10 euro.

Agrigento, la piu'bella citta' dei mortali, un'oasi di bellezza! La Valle dei Templi, il giardino del paradiso Kolymbethra,un meraviglioso e romantico tramonto alla Scala dei Turchi sono solo alcuni motivi per visitarla… La terra delle meraviglie: storia, cultura, poesia, musica, mare, sole,cibo, amore… Agrigento ti fa innamorare! Non puoi fare di meno, devi solo tornare! Provate a mangiare al ristorante "A Putia", ottimo cibo tipico siciliano, per alloggiare consiglio Cori e Amuri Appartments.

Am experimentat viata italienilor aflandu'ne mereu inconjurati de ei si mai putin de turisti. Nu recomandam sa se conduca in Palermo decat daca soferul este unul foarte bun si experimentat, traficul este ingrozitor si e problema cu locurile de parcare,nu gasesti loc se parcare fara plata si costa 1 euro/ora intre orele 08-14/16-20. Daca te uiti la masini toate sunt lovite sau zgariate. Recomand vizitarea Domului din Palermo si vizitarea rezervatiei naturale di Capo Gallo. Inchiriera unei masini este rentabil pentru vizitarea imprejurimilor care sunt spectaculos de frumoase si e pacat sa mergi in Sicilia sa stai doar in oras. Mancarea excelenta oriunde , recomand midiile. Plaja din Mondello, la 20 de min cu masina de Palermo, este foarte larga si are nisip fin si apa extrem de curata. Sejlongurile se platesc si costa 10 eur/zi sau 20 eur/zi cu umbreluta. Rezervatia naturala di Capo Gallo este extrem de frumoasa, la 30 min de Palermo si costa 10 eur/masina intrarea. Daca mergi fara masina e mai ieftin,5 euro.Noi nu am stat foarte mult in oras, mai mult ne'am plimbat prin imprejurimi.
