Truly outstanding service. The staff anticipated and fulfilled all our needs, some typical, some not. We got all the information about local restaurants at check in, alongside with a rebate coupon for a few places. The breakfast was excellent - honey straight from the honeycomb is something to remember. The location is quiet, removed from the motorcycle-busy main road. It is a bit of a walk to the city, but we didn't mind.

Very cosy, authentic but fresh hotel. Outstanding staff, super supportive with all the matters. Tasty breakfast. Very beautiful sauna with superb views of the mountain. It is also convenient for the skiers, - shuttle bus is just outside the door, the hotel also has very convenient room for equipment, including the heated lockers for the shoes.

Very clean (the ladies organized everything so nicely that we were in shock in a good way) and a cozy room to stay. Nice spa area where you can relax after skiing. Friendly staff. Nearby to the Pinzolo lift as well as convenient near to the city center of Pinzolo.

Everything! Friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful location with a big parking, spacious rooms with an amazing view on the mountains. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the hotel has a lot of "cachet" - beautifully constructed. They have a restaurant where you can try local Trentino cuisine and tasty grappa! The food is excellent and has good value. The breakfast was huge and they also serve you freshly made orange juice and omelets. I can't think of another place I've been where I got such value for money.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, and the staff is consistently pleasant and accommodating. Should you require water, it will be provided. In addition, the shuttle service is highly satisfactory and is a much-needed resource. The room is consistently maintained to ensure a comfortable and clean environment. There is a designated area where skis can be stored safely and securely. This facility is equipped with modern heating to ensure optimal conditions for storing skis during winter months. Regarding breakfast, the food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options. Dinner is also exceptional, and is available as a la carte. Please extend my best regards to Madame Lorenzzeti, the owner of the hotel.
