Close to the station, free upgrade to three single beds, top floor, very spacious with sea view. The staff are so friendly and professional. One of the best experience in Japan.

The bed was very comfortable, and the AC actually gets cold and circulates around the room well. I was fortunate enough to have a view of the mountains from my room as well. The hotel is right next to one of the street car stops, minutes walk from the fortress, and there are many cafes/bars/resturants in the immediate vicinity. The staff was friendly and there is a Family Mart attached to the hotel.

My husband and I booked a Premier Twin Room as an overnight stay between our train journey from Sapporo to Tokyo. Location of hotel is excellent, right in front of JR Hakodate Station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, checking in and out was incredibly smooth and the staff helped with delivering our luggage to our room. The room was excellent, much bigger than we thought it was going to be, It was a novelty having that much space in a Japanese hotel room. There was a Nespresso machine with pods, a mini fridge and a bathroom stocked with disposable amenities, perfect for an overnight stay. Having booked a Premium style room, we had access to a lounge on the 13th floor with free non-alcoholic drinks, sweets and manga books. Perfect if you need to work on a laptop or just want to read. In the main lobby there was a machine offering unlimited free hot drinks - perfect after being out in the freezing cold - and a souvenir stamp, just like eki stamps you'd find at train stations. Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations. Fantastic hotel, will definitely be back to stay again.

Located near to Hakodate JR Station and bus station , also near to fish market , easy access, the front desk at second floor.

The service provided by the staff member was great. The property was very hygienic.

Superb location within walking distance from the major tourist attractions. The view from our room was incredible. The buffet breakfast was great value and had superb sashimi and hot food and excellent coffee!

It's a budget hotel, however it has everything you need, even including breakfast.

I really like the location because is side by side with JR Station and it is also not far from Meijikan and Mt Hakodate , it can be reached by taxi less than 20 minutes. I really love this hotel cause all i'd like to visit are really near. Thank you for

The room was big and comfortable. There were some great facilities (they even had a crab vending machine - how cool is that?!) I'll definitely stay here again!

Extremely comfortable with nice of chill areas. The whole place is designed like a hotel, and they provide fresh towels daily. One of my best stays in Hokkaido.

Very convenient for train station, buses, convenience store and restaurants. The bar on the GF was lovely

As a vegan, I would have liked the breakfast menu to include soymilk and more dairy-free options. The staff are so lovely, the amenities are really beautiful. We will definitely be coming back to stay. It was a highlight of our entire trip.

The view and amenities were nothing short of amazing. Though we were only in Hakodate for 3 days, it was an unforgettable experience.

Almost everything except the fact that room cleaning only after 3 nights.

Arrive a bit after check in time but staff was very nice and accommodating, no problem to check in. Breakfast was very good!
