The onsen on site was amazing, the rooms were set up lovely with a good amount of space. The amenities were pretty amazing and the complimentary breakfast was very good every morning!

The location was very convenient, being right in front of Maebashi station. The staff was also very kind and helpful when it came to other recommendations about things around the city or where to buy stuff.

Location was superb. Not too pricey either, considering I booked the night before! It was a nice stop as I had been on a 5 day road-trip, and this was in between 2 locations for me, which made it convenient to stay at and rest. There is a Lawson across the street, as well as a ramen place. They have a great restaurant downstairs.

Staff were very helpful and the room was amazing. The included dinner buffet was great and the different onsens were also amazing. You can rent yukatas for free and walk around in them all day. They also have a big play room for kids. We took the local bus from Jomo-kogen station and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, very convenient. All in all, a great hotel!

Very close to the station and easy to find. Lots of konbini and restaurants around, very well served. The staff was very friendly and smiley, the hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable with everything needed. I will def stay here again if ever in Takasaki again.

Accidentially booked a smoking room. It was not a problem to change to a non-smoking room at the woman only floor. The floor was very woman friendly with free woman products (hairband, eye mask, comb etc) and a extensive assortment of badproducts. Breakfast was oriental style. There were free drinks on the second floor, but also vending machines.

Amazing staff, very attentive. The view was so beautiful. The room hot bath was perfect, for a couple. We could adjust the température. The private bath on the 6th floor were available, very beautiful, with another very beautiful view. Also nice for a couple.

Older Hotel with spacious clean rooms and firm double beds,friendly helpful English speaking staff,tasty buffet breakfast only 5 minutes walk from station.

1 word....Amazing. Amazing restaurant (buffet, but high quality and lots of choices), amazing onsen, amazing staff...We all really were impressed...
