So comfortable, quiet mostly staff were very patient with us as new travellers

Very clean, convenient location just 12 mins walk from the main station , has everything you need in a compact room set up, friendly stuff.

Very clean and spacious rooms

Location was superb. Not too pricey either, considering I booked the night before! It was a nice stop as I had been on a 5 day road-trip, and this was in between 2 locations for me, which made it convenient to stay at and rest. There is a Lawson across the street, as well as a ramen place. They have a great restaurant downstairs.

They had great onsens and an excellent location next to the ski hill.

Breakfast: The most impressive breakfast that I've ever had. As a vegan, I appreciate a variety of vegetables and some other food options. Also, they had allergen marks in front of the dishes and staff answered to all of my questions. They know their job well. Also, you can take out a cup of coffee with you after the breakfast. Location: it's right at the station Rooms: rooms are soundproof and we couldn't hear any noise or train sounds, it was very quiet and we had a good sleep. Beds: super comfortable. 5 stars for the pillow options. They had my favorite type - orthopedic pillow. I slept like a bear during hibernation. Amenities: loved that they have body lotion and a bottle of water as an amenity at the room. Not many hotels offer it. Also, the quality of toothbrushes and other amenities is high. Cost: Very good cost performance. Highly recommend to everyone.

This hotel was very convenient. The rooms are very reasonable priced and I was happy with my stay. The hotel rooms are quiet and clean. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good too.

A peaceful location, with shuttle survives to the township. Clean cabins and great amenities.

What an outstanding hotel. We booked the deluxe room with open air bath and it was beyond our expectations. Even though it was a bit of a trek from Kanazawa, the JR network made it easy. Shinkansen from Kanazawa to Takasaki and limited express to Naganoharakusatuguchi station, there was a JR Kanto bus waiting for us to take us to Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal. Then a La Vista minibus was waiting for us to take us to the hotel. When we arrived, there were staff waiting for us, took our luggage to the lobby and explained the check-in and facilities to us in English. Super Easy. We were blown away by the room. Twin beds in a cosy little bedroom with doors, a lounge, an outdoor setting on the balcony, a wet room and the open air onsen bath with privacy shutters. The views from our 5th floor room were amazing, the town below us and the mountains surrounding the town, wow. There were snacks and drinks available between 3pm and 10pm. There was a timetable for the shuttle bus which took you back to the bus station or the Yubatake. The hills are steep, so the shuttle bus made it easier. This was the best hotel experience that we've ever had at a hotel, the staff were so helpful and kind. The hotel itself is well maintained and elegant. Outstanding!!
