The rooms were big, and there were lots of amenities. The lobby and elevator had a lovely aroma.

Everything was very good, except the car park entrance.

Very confortable hotel resort - altough the building is not very appealing from the outside, it is quite huge and offers a lot of services & facilities including restaurants, Landry machines, stores, swimming pool, fitness room. Nice outdoor garden and pool. the breakast buffet was amazing. Room was really big enabling to feel confortable altough we had large suitcases. We tried the fukami restaurant wich is pricy but the beef is absolutely amazing. Very good shabu-shabu as well.

The location was perfect and very convenient, with both Lawson and FamilyMart nearby. It was an ideal place for our two-day stay.

Really friendly staff and a great room with everything we needed. The laundry facilities were excellent and the small table in the room was perfect to eat at. Great location in Miyazaki too

The Onsen was a vey nice touch, with free ice block at night, and free Yalkult in the morning. Also free in house ramen from 2130pm. Room was decent and clean, bed and pillow were comfortable, breakfast was small but enough, mostly Japanese selection. Only stayed overnight and will stay again in the future. The hotel helped us celebrate our anniversary with folded towel love-swans on the bed. How lovely!

Great staff, location, parking space, simple but efficient room for a layover

The room was very big! Clean. 5 min walking distance from Miyazaki station.

Everything and public bath is on the top

We splurged (an extra $15 CAD) on the big suite and the space was enormous, compared to the smaller Japanese rooms we've been experiencing, with a couch area. The bathroom had a separate toilet room and separate ofuro room. The elevator only goes to the 6th floor, and our suite was on the 7th - not a problem for us. Staff were most helpful when we couldn't figure out the parking machine. (1000 yen) There is a snack room with free beer & snacks and lots of free amenities. Location was good - close to izakayas & combini.

This is our favorite hotel in our Kyushu trip. It is a full-serviced hotel. The location is excellent. They had parking spaces available for guests. The staff were very helpful. You must eat dinner and breakfast in their in-house restaurant. The room with tatami mats was amazing. The room had its own small tea table and outdoor area.

Great location. There’s a delicious barbecue restaurant right across the street.

Parking was available on sight and even had covered areas for motorcycles. Have to pay 500 yen a night but well worth it. The room was plenty spacious and the AC/Heater unit work perfectly as well!

The management was extremely generous and considerate to understand my travel problem. I will be staying in the future with ANA holiday inn

Beautiful city to visit and the Hotel was conveniently situated.

Stuff was amazing even they didn't speak english perfect they tried everything to help me. And everyone was soooo friendly 👌🏽
