A single room with everything you need. There is an ice maker and a microwave near the elevator. From JR Otsu Station to the hotel, I can find the FOODS MARKET where I can grab breakfast before heading out for sightseeing and dinner when I return to the hotel.

Clean room, comfy bed with all amenities. Very nice staff. Free convenient parking. Onsen is nice, though a bit small.

The meals were really delicious and the staff went way beyond… l highly recommend this Hotel and l will be back to stay there next year

The room is spacious and clean. The mattress is good, feel comfortable. Bathroom is big too. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, they do their best to serve us. Really like it.

Really appreciated the afternoon lounge drinks/snacks and nightcap. Great location overlooking both the lake and the sakura in the park. Good breakfast buffet.

The location is near the station. Room size is quite spacious for Japanese standards. The breakfast is good and tasty, for this price level getting breakfast included is an absolute steal. They have coin laundry too. Amenities always available to self pick up at the lobby.

Amazing, so amazing! The hotel looks like a 5* hotel, and feels like one. The interior is so fancy, I should have booked it for longer duration, considering how easy it is to reach Kyoto from here. It is double the price of a hotel from Kyoto, but the facilities make up for it. I had the Superior Twin Room - Non-Smoking and the view was amazing and I was lucky enough to catch the fountain show at the docks, which can be viewed clearly from the balcony.

The staff was very polite and patience. He answered all of our questions even though we didn’t really understand Japanese.

Free drink, staff is cooperative, nice view, nice relax music, very relaxing with the massages chairs as well, there is plenty of space to read and eat for exemple or just stay and talk during the day. The breakfast has a lot to offer, the best we had so far. They even have a special place to eat with vending machines containing enough stuff to eat if you don't want to come out of the hotel.

I really like this hotel chain and booked the next night in another Route Inn in Tsuruga. New, clean, wifi, even the low cost rooms are fairly spacey. I am an absolute fan!
