I loved that it's a complete experience. It had everything. A park in front, a great view, an incredible terrace, parking, amazing breakfast, and great value for money. I loved it. The staff is not genuanuily nice but they try to do a good job. The service is not great compared to other places in Mexico, but it's not bad either. The facilities in the bedroom are not well maintained like the carpet and some of the furniture, but it is not bad either. Overall I was extremely happy to have stayed in this place...

Everything was excellent, the suite was huge, we loved it. The breakfast was very good as well.

Room was a good size and nice enough. Incredible view. Rooftop pool and spa was incredible so beautiful and the most amazing view also. Such a beautiful building and colourful and pretty. The staff were extremely nice and accomodating. A man carried our luggage single handedly up and down the stairs and many staff spoke English which helped minimise issues with our broken Spanish. They brought food to our room when asked and were very helpful. The cocktails are delicious and very well priced and ultimately everything is very well priced. Breakfast was also nice and free water bottles so we didn’t have to worry about buying filtered water.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful neighbourhood in Morelia. There are a lot of coffee places, mexican food restaurants and parks right next to the hotel. The room was perfect! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was huge and clean. The old town is 20 min away driving distance.

Staff were all lovely. We had a lost baggage situation at the bus station, so had an unexpected overnight. Ibis is 5 minutes from the bus station. The buffet breakfast was also excellent.

Hotel is bit dated, had some trouble with the room key, location is smack in the middle of the historic center, it’s got convenient valet parking, beds are comfortable

Excellent location. Very nice place. Good value for the price. The breakfast was very good. The room was very nice and clean. Very good light in the bathroom, with nice mirrors and hair dryer. Complimentary parking right in front the building. We were able to check in earlier, since we were there for an event. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. I will definitely come back.
