Loved everything about this hotel! Everything has been updated since the last time we were here. The bedroom was spacious and clean, very comfortable for our family of 4. The kids were really happy they had an awesome play area. The amenities were great, the pool is heated so even if its cold you can use it. The restaurant is really good, had an amazing breakfast buffet! There was a spa, but unfortunately didn’t get to go, hopefully next time for sure!!!

One of the best airport hotels I've stayed at. The location is perfect. It takes around 5 min by air bridge to get to/from the MEX airport Terminal 1. The rooms are spacious and clean, having all amenities you need. Breakfast  is delicious and served till 12.00. Shuttle bus to/from Terminal 2 is also available on request for free every 10-20 min.

We have returned to Mexico City twice now and each time it...

We have returned to Mexico City twice now and each time it gets better and better. There are some excellent areas ranging from the Historic Centre to other places like Roma Norte and Condesa. The city has an altitude that can take some getting used to - it gave me a headache first time, so just be conscious of that - but you soon get used to it. Evenings in the city can be a bit cooler - but boiling during the day so dress accordingly. The underground and bus metro services are insanely cheap, but also the Uber system is really good value. You will however, spend a lot of time in traffic as the roads are mayhem. I wouldn't choose to drive here. Best time to visit I think it March, going later than this it might be getting a bit warm.

Staying the night in San Juan Teotihuacan made it possible for us to get to the pyramids early before the huge crowds arrived. Most people do day trips from Mexico City to see the pyramids, but we enjoyed taking an Uber out the afternoon before, enjoying a delicious dinner at restaurant Flor de Maria, and getting to the pyramids on our own time without the structure of a tour group.

It is a very nice little town but I go mostly for the massages which are great and the best spa is Shangri La on the main street. The food at the Rancho San Diego is excellent and the location superb.

Had a fabulous time! The sites and museums were amazing. 2nd trip after year before. It has so much to see and do, we had to come back. The food is first rate. Just be careful, belly issues are real. Be careful of the water, sometimes things happen, even at the best restaurant. So be cautious, but take the adventure. Some of the best food I've ever had (and I've traveled extensively). The hype is real! The culture is too! Fascinating, gorgeous and thought provoking. Go to: Museo des Arte Populare, Frieda Kahlo house, Archeological Museum, Luis Barragan house, Museo de Bellas Artes Eat at Maisajo , Coox Hamal (taco places), Rosetta, Comal Oculto, Ultramarinos Demar need reservations for these (lux dining and superb)

WE went with one purpose: to see the Monarch Butterflies.

WE went with one purpose: to see the Monarch Butterflies. We were careful to plan our trip to include a sunny day as that is when the Monarchs fly around. If cloudy or overcast they tend to roost in the fir trees and just look like dried leaves. WE had a car so drove to the reserve and took the horses 1/2 way up and walked the rest of the way. The trip was very difficult and I would not recommend it to anyone who has mobility of breathing problems. We were rewarded with seeing thousands of them flying around int he sunshine. An Amazing experience. After the butterflies we returned to our hotel and the next day took it easy, having a massage and going into town to look around. In town there is a very fine crafts museum that is well worth seeing. We stayed one additional day in hopes of visiting some nearby pueblos. However, we were told there were no pueblos so we just wanders around town for another day. We should have cut the trip to 3 days. Warning: the roads in town are narrow, steep, and cobblestone. VERY narrow and difficult to drive over. Take care.

Loved the place but did not stay to long to enjoy it that much, I had been there before so I know it is a beautiful and historical place great to enjoy it, this time we get to fly in a hot air balloon over the pyramids, got to see sun rise from the balloon it was fantastic highly recommended

It is a great town to visit and great food. We enjoyed restaurants like Mexico Lindo great food, and also El Delphin great seafood. Beautiful drive around the country side and also visited Tonatico a magical town with a great ice cream palor - Manhattan

Loved loved loved visiting Mexico City. So much too do. We Ubered everywhere which was super quick and all drivers were excellent. Visited museums, restaurants, visitors must go to Lucha Libre, so much fun!!we were there in March and the weather was just perfect with sunny days and cool evenings - perfect to walk around Condesa and Roma neighborhoods, which felt extremely safe full of places to eat and great shopping! Beautiful too.

Valle is a great place, I go often.

Valle is a great place, I go often. The only problem right now is that the whole downtown area is under construction. Be aware of this before you go, I am sure once the construction work is done everything will be fine.
