1. Courtesy (free) bus service to / from the airport worked like a charm and very helpful bus drivers 2. Room was just right - lots of little extras that are sooo appreciated (e.g the idea of a ‘pillow menu’ including lavender aromatherapy pillow is very thoughtful) 3. Happy hour from 430-8. A great way to relax and reflect on our wonderful trip around NZ 4. Staff - waiter who served us for dinner; front desk - very helpful and friendly; a staff member on the bell desk who inspired me to use the small swimming pool on the property and took time to explain other gym amenities.

Close to shops, restaurants and the boardwalk. A beautiful city to walk through.

Everything was absolutely perfect - from the staff services, cleanliness, food, spa, heated pools to the free daily bus shuttle! Loved everh minute of my stay and would definitely stay here again whenever I can. Thank you Cordis 🩷

Very conveniently located, just a few steps from the airport. Luggage trolley rack outside from door for super easy luggage transfer. Very clean. Luxurious. Exceptional service.

I enjoyed very much my visit to NZ and Kiwi International Hotel was a good place for me.

The staff was pro and nice, the pods make you feel like in a cocoon with storage and charging points, great big locker for your luggage... Common areas well set up !

Room was a good size, quiet and comfortable bed. Easy to access the airport. Room service was prompt. Check in and check out was easy and those on the counter were friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again - so easy if you have a late arriving or early leaving flight.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, quickly providing a dental kit and a travel adapter upon request. Since the cyclone Vaianu prevented my usual long walk, I particularly appreciated the treadmill in the gym. I like the lighted mirror for makeup .I also liked the trollies for the luggage . Also , there was a weighing scale near the concierge that reassured me my luggage was not overweight . It was such a comfortable stay.

The hotel was convenient. The bed was comfortable, and enough space to move around. The staff were friendly when I even lost one of the room cards. As others said in the review or on the hotel site itself, it was indeed a quiet place to rest if you are someone who is not fond of the noise outside. I will surely recommend anyone who wants a peaceful night.

Excellent location, included breakfast was handy. Onsite parking was helpful but exciting getting into; pretty tight quarters.

I had a fantastic stay at Abstract Hotel and truly enjoyed my time in Auckland. My flight was delayed, and I was so grateful that the hotel kindly offered me a complimentary room upgrade. My upgraded room had a beautiful view of the Sky Tower, which made my stay even more special and memorable. The room was comfortable, the hotel was lovely, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture and would happily stay at Abstract Hotel again on my next visit to Auckland. Highly recommended!

As first time travelers to the Holiday Inn, Auckland Airport my wife I were very impressed with the greeting received when checking in by the front office staff member. Initally, my wife was apprehensive about staying here, having previously stayed at the Sudima on our previous visits to Auckland, but on completing the check in process she was very impressed by the friendliness of the front office staff, the offer of assistance with our bags and the location of our room. The vibe was this was going to be a great place to stay for the next 2 days and it certainly lived up to all our expectations! The breakfast from the Vapor Restaurant is extensive and we would strongly recommend that when making a booking that you add the breakfast to the booking. We also tried the buffet dinner which also very nice. As for the wait staff at Vapor Restaurant they were very professional and they were more than happy to assist and showed great customer service skills while multi-taking various roles in the restaurant. In particular my wife wishes to give a "shout out" to the young Somoan lady who was working on the morning of Monday, 3/11/25 in the restaurant as she had inadvertly left her mobile phone on the the table in the corner near the breafast bar with a large amount of cash inside. After searching for a while for her phone without success and asking the front office whether a mobile phone had been handed in, my wife headed back to the restaurant and thankfully this young lady had taken it upon herself to secure the phone until my wife collected it. My wife says a big thank to you! Furthermore, my wife would also like to acknowledge the housekeeping staff, Lakhwinder, Front Office Manager and Lusia, Front Office Team in securing and making arrangement for the safe return of several pieces of jewellery that had been left behind in the room safe.

A lovely hotel. I have stayed many times. Great location, well appointed rooms and great facilities.
