This place is perfect to stay at when you are in Puno. It’s right in the city center. The room was nice and clean, everything was fine. The price is law. You can go to El Mirador del Condor from where you can get a panoramic view of Puno. The lady at the reception was really helpful, it appears she was the manager. She let us take some fruits instead of breakfast since we had to check out at night.

Great hotel close to the shops, restaurants and main square. The staff were lovely and friendly too. Breakfast was nice. The rooms were spacious and really comfy and had heaters.

It's more of a hotel than a hostel. The room was unbelievably big and the furniture was very nice / bed comfy. Would definitely book again.

The hotel is just 1 block away from the main plaza. The hotel room is warm (with a portable heater), staff is attentive, facilities and room are well-maintained and clean. Hot shower and strong water pressure which is essential in such a cold weather. The breakfast is also very good, with different varieties and fresh juices.

I was using the hotle only to stay overnight. The staff was very helpful and were willing to keep my lagguage during my trip outside of Cusco. The hotel is located close to the main bus station (walking distance).

We loved the staff who were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond for us, so very kind and caring. The location was great as it was only a short walk from the Plaza de Armas. And the breakfast was yummy too!

The hotel is in great location. The window is in the courtyard. There is an elevator. I informed that the curtain was broken. It was fixed after we came back from the tour. Abraham, the receptionist, was very honest. He kept my mobile phone, which I forgot during making the complimentary tea. All staffs are friendly, especially the lady (I forgot to ask her name). She came out to get a taxi for us so we got the local price.

Excellent restaurant and breakfast!

So comfortable and beautifully decorated and set out. The beds were so comfy and had lots of blankets for the warmth. There’s also a heater in the room if you get cold. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly and always smiling and helpful! The home cooked meals were also so amazing we ended up just eating every meal there. Such a relaxing few days

The Casona Colon Inn is beautiful and well-maintained. Everything is very clean. The location is excellent: close to a pedestrian street with shops, cafes and restaurants, and the central square. The hotel staff is very friendly. Special thanks to Carlos and Vionette. They were very attentive to our requests and helped with everything. There is no theft here; we even got back an expensive item we had forgotten. Thanks to the staff. We highly recommend this hotel.

Staff speak very good english and are very attentive. The location is close to center and many local restaurants. Our room had a very nice view on the lake.

Spacious, clean room with large bed. Amazing garden full of flowers and lots of benches in different corners to sit down. Nice swimming pool. Friendly and welcoming service.
