As soon as I arrive Ana at front desk was super nice. I arrived with 2 big luggage and I was supposed to stay on the 2nd floor and when she saw me with the baggage, she switched my room to the first floor. AMAZING. Room was super clean and tidy, very comfortable, good price. And front desk was amazing by helping me by calling a delivery food service because I didnt have a peruvian phone number. Super recommended

Todo , everything. The wifi is very important for me since i travel and work online. Their wifi was great and their breakfast was amazing. It was so special. So clean and the staff.... amazing!!!! I have never met a staff THAT friendly and kind. There was a guy at the desk who did my check in , he gets a 5 star. Always so kind to help me and answers all my questions. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone. As i mentioned , this is the best hotel i've stayed at!

Best location in Tacna. Great service from staff. Great food, breakfast, lunch, pool side meals and drinks. Awesome infinite looking pool and surrounding gardens. Nice, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. We will definitively come back.

From the get go we were impressed with the staff’s responsiveness, they were really helpful and prompt, even letting us into the building at 6:30am when we arrived from our night bus. They also helped us with where to get collectivos from town. The location was ideal for walking to the railway museum. The room was clean and towels were provided. Breakfast was fairly light but tasty. We also appreciated being able to store our bags before we could check in. The keycodes were a great system as well.

Even though I got there late, the staff was kind, understanding. Polite, and in the morning, I had a very early appointment so couldn't wait for breakfast, but when I got back, she told me come for breakfast with .Y son, even offered him a straw for his drink and super nice. Truly great place for nursing mums with kids clean. Everywhere was sparkling.

The Town square with Cathetdal is outstanding.

The Town square with Cathetdal is outstanding. Railway museum's are my thing and the one in Tacna is exellent. Handcraft markets are everywhere and much cheaper than in Chile. Best climate all year round. Bus Station has connections to all over Peru and Bolivia.

Tacna is a big city but not touristy only few touristic...

Tacna is a big city but not touristy only few touristic places that different with other more interesting places in Peru. Geothermal-related tourism maybe is one that made Tacna is different with other more beautiful places in Peru. oh i forgot, its History also interesting especialy with the relations with Chile and Bolivia
