Best location in Tacna. Great service from staff. Great food, breakfast, lunch, pool side meals and drinks. Awesome infinite looking pool and surrounding gardens. Nice, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. We will definitively come back.

It is in good location, the staff was friendly, the rooms quite clean. A bit outdated building but good enough. The breakfast is basic. There are plenty of places to eat/buy around if you like something more fancy.

The location is very good, it’s near to everything in the center. The room is big and confortable.

The room we had was spacious with the view over the pool. Bed was massive and in general it was clean. It is an old hotel but definitely clean. The car park was the bonus

Confortable, clean just two blocks from city enter, Everything renovated and and easy to get in and out. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Alex night porter gave us a 100% service and was an outstanding service person, thank you, we will be back.

Todo , everything. The wifi is very important for me since i travel and work online. Their wifi was great and their breakfast was amazing. It was so special. So clean and the staff.... amazing!!!! I have never met a staff THAT friendly and kind. There was a guy at the desk who did my check in , he gets a 5 star. Always so kind to help me and answers all my questions. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone. As i mentioned , this is the best hotel i've stayed at!

From the get go we were impressed with the staff’s responsiveness, they were really helpful and prompt, even letting us into the building at 6:30am when we arrived from our night bus. They also helped us with where to get collectivos from town. The location was ideal for walking to the railway museum. The room was clean and towels were provided. Breakfast was fairly light but tasty. We also appreciated being able to store our bags before we could check in. The keycodes were a great system as well.

As soon as I arrive Ana at front desk was super nice. I arrived with 2 big luggage and I was supposed to stay on the 2nd floor and when she saw me with the baggage, she switched my room to the first floor. AMAZING. Room was super clean and tidy, very comfortable, good price. And front desk was amazing by helping me by calling a delivery food service because I didnt have a peruvian phone number. Super recommended

The lady behind reception was so incredibly helpful cannot praise the lady enough. The hotel was clean warm everything you need at a very reasonable cost.

Even though I got there late, the staff was kind, understanding. Polite, and in the morning, I had a very early appointment so couldn't wait for breakfast, but when I got back, she told me come for breakfast with .Y son, even offered him a straw for his drink and super nice. Truly great place for nursing mums with kids clean. Everywhere was sparkling.

The location is amazing. In the heart of Tacna, just steps away from all the important places. The staff were really friendly and always available to help. The breakfast is plenty of typical Peruvian products. The free parking is helpful and brings security and peace for those who prefer to drive.
