- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very Good - What previous guests thought, 156 reviewsI wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our two-night stay at your beautiful resort. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by your friendly staff, who made us feel right at home. The bungalow was absolutely stunning – comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with every detail considered. The views of the lagoon and surrounding nature were simply breathtaking. It truly felt like a paradise retreat. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the sense of privacy, which made for a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the effort put into ensuring that every guest's needs were met. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from your team. Whether it was arranging a tour, recommending local activities, or just offering a warm smile, every interaction left me with a sense of being valued as a guest. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, and it made my time at Bora Bora Bungalove feel all the more special.Guest review byGEORGESUnited States
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 48 reviewsTea was exceptional with response time she’s the absolute best, but it gets better you arrive and then you meet Joël and Tatiana which are the best if the best host!! Tea does her best to tell you how it’s going to be and it’s all true everything she tells you but it goes above and beyond that when you arrive. We can’t wait to come back, the facility is everything a soul needs to escape! It’s not you resort style stay so if you looking for that keep scrolling this is for the hippies and explorers at heart not saying you don’t get resort style accommodations you just don’t get the other folks around you!! I can’t thank the entire team enough seriously, I wired Tea months in advanced and was kinda scared doing so not going to lie….. but it was the best decision I’ve made to date for a stay out of the country and I WILL BE WIRING HER AGAIN!!!! Book this place if you want peace and tranquility with no one around except Tatiana and Joel and even then you can ask for them not to come over I guess, but that’s be a huge mistake!! mauruuru and manuia, Kayne CunaginGuest review bycunaginUnited States
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 848 reviewsExcellent, big room, with a fridge and nice huge balcony. Tropical landscaping all around. Local hotel beach (on lagoon) right across the road, restaurant on site where you can eat on the beach. Excellent breakfast! The hotel provided transportation to/from Vaitape. Matira beach is walkable. A small store is walkable. Touring/snorkelling in the lagoon and nearby ocean are exceptional! Hotel has their own small pier, which is great to do some stargazing, enjoying the amazing trade winds (it faces roughly east) and the lagoon/motu views.Guest review byTihomirBulgaria
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.9Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 71 reviewsThe property is secluded on an uphill in the Pofai Bay. There are 3 bungalows hidden in a kind of Botanical Garden with lots of statues and meandering foot-paths. The bungalow we stayed in was large and had an open kitchen and fining area that is well equipped with all amenities. The bathroom has a portion in open air which is out of the ordinary. It is covered in most part, but has a little stone and plants garden. Nir has created here a sanctuary. He is also very nice and attentive and a nice person to chat with.Guest review bySorinaRomania
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.3Good - What previous guests thought, 21 reviewsThe location was fabulous right across from a beautiful quiet beach. Close walk to resort if you would like a nicer meal out. Market and rental equipment are all very handy. The host was so incredibly helpful ,especially when my mom became sick and we needed medical help. She even checked in 2 weeks afterwards to see if she was feeling better.Guest review byaudreyUnited States
- From $200.03 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 553 reviewsHosts were very kind and helpful. Location was good, not a long walk to supermarkets and all you need in Vaitape. 30 min pretty scenic bike to Matira beach. Kitchen in the room had all the basics in terms of tools/cookware and the outdoor terrace was a great spot to have a coffee in the rain with a view. Really enjoyed our stay here!Guest review byJuliaCanada

Our favourite place was on the lagoon.
Our favourite place was on the lagoon. We hired a pontoon boat and spent a day on the water, one of the best experiences was snorkelling, swimming and relaxing. It was great. Lots of different fish, coral gardens and many sea life. Water was crystal clear and vibrantly blues and greens. Views were endless. Swam at Matira Beach. Wish I could go back there. Restaurants were good and plentiful - we ate at Lucky House and Maitai Restaurants.Guest review byTracyAustralia - 10.0
Going to Matira Beach is a must.
Going to Matira Beach is a must. Have a drink or sunset at the Bora Bora Beach Club that's right on the beach. Go on a boat tour to a Motu (an islet) and snorkeling (ask for DiDi the boat captain).Guest review bychristianUnited States
