One of the best parts was the location—just a short walk to the sea, as well as nearby restaurants and D’malls. It was so convenient to explore and enjoy local dining and shopping.

STAFF: The service their staff provides is kind of insane. They seemed to have everything we asked for. Every staff would greet and smile. All of them were very accommodating, especially Andy and Harry, who we would run to when we needed something and they always helped us out. The staff is definitely one of the reasons I would stay here again.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: The check-in process was a bit lengthy compared to hotels, but that's usually how it is for resorts. The check-out process was very fast though. The welcome drink was really good.
ROOM: Every time we got back to our room, it's always newly cleaned and there were always snacks waiting for us! We always got excited seeing those :) I don't know who did it among our Housekeeping GEMs (Chona/Michie/Clinton/Kisses), but they have mastered the art of towel folding. They always left little notes which I thought was very sweet. The galaxy light was a nice touch too. My favourite part of the room was the plunge pool.
SHUTTLE SERVICE: Getting from the airport to the resort was a breeze and it came with oatmeal cookies. We didn't have to do anything but follow where the staff tells us to go. They also have shuttle service between Stations 1 to 3 which was very convenient for us.
FOOD/DRINK: The were plenty of breakfast choices at Sand's. The taho tatay shows up at 8am :) We also went for breakfast at Forno Osteria, which was more of a Western breakfast. Lunch and dinner options at Sand's were abundant. I especially loved the seafood they cooked on the spot upon ordering.
LOCATION: The location is perfect! It is located at almost the end (I think) of Station 1 so it was a bit far from the beach activities (again, there's shuttle service) and away from the crowd. We mostly stayed at the resort so that didn't really matter to me. The beach is just right in front so it's perfect!
OTHERS: We booked our activities with the hotel.

3rd time to stay at this hotel and it won’t be my last. The staff continue to work to very high standards of customer service - I feel like they are my family and friends.
I can’t express how much this Henann hotel gives a more friendly feel compared to others, and it also has the most a best swimming pools (in my opinion).
I can’t single out any staff for special mention, but from Manager level down and across all departments, everyone was excellent!
I love this place, the staff and the improvements they continue to make. The restaurant food has improved even more, and the meat carveries were excellent!
Will be returning very soon.
Staff deserve very big credit and appreciation!

The staff are the most helpful and friendly we've ever come across. The rooms were clean and spacious and the shower was excellent. The bar area is the hub of the hotel and it was great day and night with chilled live music, We had a fantastic 5 night stay and Jony 🙌 the beach guy always made sure we had a sunbed. The transfers were also seamless from caticlan to our room this was all taken care of by the boys at Coast ..

The room was a bit tight but perfect for a few days. Had a great sleep with a comfortable bed and air conditioning.
The hotel as loungers right on the beach and a moderate pool to cool down after.
Breakfast was more than adequate.
The staff were sooooo friendly.
Use their airport transfer. It was far better than the private one we booked getting to Boracay.

It was quite busy and the beach made its way into the buildings and shopping arcades. The beach and water was nice but there is no real separation between the beach and buildings so sand was everywhere.

Kalibo is a cute little town on a mid sized island.
Kalibo is a cute little town on a mid sized island. People are very friendly and helpful. Visit the large Church on Central Square. Try a visit to New Washington and the local memorial for Bishop Sin, who was instrumental in avoiding bloodshed during the 1986 revolution that austed the then ruling Dictator Ferdinand Marcos. That place features an ancient Port and several fish restaurants with great variety of sea food. You can probably hire the local fishermen for a boat ride.

Caticlan is a small community mostly used for by travelers to ferry between the mainland and Boracay. If you so happen to stay longer then there are tours into the hills. At the Port there is a bank, 7/11, pharmacy and many other stores. Also a high volume of security personnel. Very safe place. To get around you can walk like I did or take a trike for virtually no cost. (There is a cost obviously).

All, advertising talked about white sand I have seen white sand before the sand was not white. It was soft, it was nice. The view was beautiful. The beach was beautiful but the sand is not white, it is tan, just like other beaches, I had been on in the Philippines really didn't make a big difference but I was excited to see pure white sand I have seen white sand this was not white other than it, it was fine.

I flew into Kalibo to visit Boracay.
I flew into Kalibo to visit Boracay. That was a huge mistake. It is a long bus ride on terrible roads to get to Caticlan. The bus had no suspension to speak of. One of the bumps was so bad I was thrown into the air and injured my back. If you are visiting Boracay, make sure your plane lands in Caticlan.

I really enjoy Boracay, and this year, the weather was perfect our entire stay. Plenty of good places to stay, and we enjoyed meals at some of our favorites - Bistro des Amis, TGH The Grill, and we added a new favorite - the restaurant at Casa Pilar, where we were treated to some really lovely live music. The only thing that could have been better, and this wasn't the fault of any business or facility on the island, but quite a bit of seaweed was in the water this year. Other than that, it was perfect.
