Everything is truly great! This is an exceptional accommodation recently opened, and everything looks and feels brand new. There is great taste in the decorations, Nature themed, with plants nicely decorating each space. The room was very clean, with an amazing mountain view. The restaurant has tasty food, with plenty of fine dining choices and big portions. There are a sauna and jacuzzi available. We felt great even though we only stayed a night. The staff is accommodating and making sure everything is as expected, very hospitable and funny.

Bran Castle is also known as Dracula's Castle but there is no real link with either the historical or fictional Dracula. Nevertheless, the view from the hotel is spectacular. The hotel's restaurant is very good: try the platter of local cheeses with the Fume Blanc white wine. (Unlike in the UK, a cheese board is considered to be a starter in Romania.) Breakfast was huge - I think we only managed to eat about 30% of it. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Off-street parking is available at the back of the hotel.
