LuxembourgWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel Conacul Törzburg. The rooms and the entire hotel were extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the view of the castle was absolutely beautiful. The dinner was delicious, just like the breakfast. Everything was nicely, tastefully, and freshly presented.
The waitress, the receptionist, the housekeeper, and the concierge were all incredibly kind and friendly. As it had snowed heavily overnight, one of the staff members even cleared the snow off our car and brought it out of the parking space for us. Our luggage was also carried to our room.
The castle is less than a 5-minute walk away. We highly recommend this hotel.

GermanyA lovely chalet with a gorgeous view. Especially the open huge windows to all sides of an insanely good view. The chalet is super modern and features everything one could imagine including all necessary amanities (shampoo, coffee, soap etc.) the beds were very comfortable. The surrounding is very peaceful and the view in the morning was just gorgeous. Furthermore there are cats and horses around which was very cute and enjoyable. The landlord was super responsive (only up to 5min for a reply) and gave a lot of good food recommendations.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Carpathian Log Home. The property is stunning, with exceptional views out over the mountains. The accommodation was perfect for our group and the chalet was warm and cozy. We stayed over Christmas and it was wonderfully decorated with a large Christmas tree and small thoughtful touches everywhere. Emanuela was an excellent host - and the property was well equipped. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We had such a great time staying there! The view was absolutely beautiful – waking up to those mountains was amazing. The houses were really lovely, cozy, very well insulated and fully equipped with everything we needed. The owner was very kind, friendly and always ready to help. If you want to get away and enjoy the mountain vibe, I highly recommend this place. We’d definitely love to come back someday!

We arrived around 8:30 at night but we were still able to get dinner and a glass of good wine. The meal was one of the best we had in Romania. Our room was large and very comfortable. We were able to leave our car here in the car park while we walked to Bran Castle the next day. We enjoyed our stay here and the hosts were excellent.

Excellent location with great views over the mountains wherever you look. Very accommodating staff and very quick to reply. They will also share their stories with you. I would also recommend having a local dinner there. On top of it, they welcome international guests and can speak good English.

Amazing stay, the room was super clean and matches the vibe of the place perfectly its super close to Bran castle and it even has a big parking that is free for guests which is a big plus and the breakfast was great too. Great stay

Bran Castle is a very nice and unique place to visit.
Bran Castle is a very nice and unique place to visit. The castle itself is fascinating, with lots of rooms to explore, each with its own history and character. The surrounding landscape is absolutely amazing, and the gardens are beautiful and well worth a walk. One of the highlights for me was the Time Tunnel, which is a must-see and adds a special touch to the experience.
The only negative aspect was the organisation. I feel that the staff could put a bit more effort into managing visitors and providing clearer guidance to make the overall experience even better.
Overall, it is a wonderful attraction that I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Great small village, lots of places to visit nearby, be it the great city of Brasov, the Bran Castle or the bear sanctuary in Zarnesti. Or of course hiking in the Piatra Craiului mountains which are really impressive both for the views provided and forcthe hiking trails.

Bran Castle is a very popular destination, but despite that, the place itself turned out to be not that interesting or impressive. The tunnel had the potential to be the most exciting part, but in reality, the elevator ride down was the best thing about it. I don't regret visiting, as I would have spent my whole life wondering what it looks like, but now that I've seen it, I wouldn't care to visit again, and I wouldn't wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone as an exciting destination.
