We had a great stay at the Mercure! The rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring spacious bathrooms and nice complimentary touches like bottled water, tea, and drinks. Being located right opposite a park made walking our pet extremely convenient. Parking is very reasonable at under €10 with plenty of underground and surface spots available, though there is also free parking right across from the property. The staff were polite, friendly, and truly focused on guest comfort, and the pool and gym were nice amenities to have.

We stayed for 5 nights during the week before Christmas and we had booked the Deluxe Suite because one of us did not have vacation and had to work each day. The suite was wonderful in terms of comfort, utilities, how clean it was and how it accommodated our needs. The staff at the reception was incredibly nice, helpful and really supportive when our last day we had to stay and work for a couple of hours from the lobby after our check out. If we return to Sibiu for another vacation, we would definitely choose again this hotel and we would not stay in some other one. The location is excellent to visit on foot the entire city. The breakfast has tasty food including fresh and local produce. Thank you for everything!

Everything. Large room, comfortable bed, modern and tasteful, and quiet. Breakfast was fenomenal, everything seemed cooked locally, many romanian foods options. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The service was excellent throughout, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and of a high standard. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Cute hotel. Clean and tidy. An old part, a new part. But everything is of a high standard. For those who are hot, then the air conditioner is for the whole hotel, meaning that you can't set the temperature only for the room. Which is a bit of a bummer. But unlike any other hotel in Romania, we found a room where you can make complete darkness. It was a pleasure

Very comfortable beds, warm and clean

The room was amazing but not that clean as I expected. The bed was big but not so comfortable for my back, the mattress was soft for me. The pool was pretty and the gardens around the Palace could have been looked after better, such a lovely paradise that needs constant maintenance.

The accommodation is extremely good. Everything is very new. Very comfortable apartment located 10 minutes' walk from the historic city center. But, above all, I would like to highlight the impeccable service and kindness of the host, Miss Sofia.

The spa area was clean all The time. The food was excelent, they had great beef and in the morning, the deviled eggs were memorable.
