This hotel is an excellent place to stay. The staff are very kind, professional, and welcoming. From the moment you arrive, they greet every guest with respect and make you feel comfortable.
The hotel is located in a safe area, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Hamza and Hafsa for their outstanding hospitality. They always welcomed me with a smile, treated every guest with great respect, and made sure everyone felt well cared for.
I also want to recognize Farhan and Harun from the food service and management team. They provided excellent service throughout my stay.
Overall, I would rate this hotel 10/10. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Hargeisa, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and friendly place to stay.

I did like the welcoming of the manager and customer service.i did like the cleanest of the room and I did really enjoy the quality of the food
