Everything was absolutely great! The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Manager, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful—she assisted us with everything and even surprised us with delicious fruit and a small gift for our birthday. The sea is just a two-minute walk from the hotel. Overall, this is a wonderful place that will forever stay in my heart. Highly recommended!

It was my 1st time staying in Cha am / Hua Hin with my wife, Mum & sister. The facilities were superb, the room we booked but we were given an upgraded suite & it was exceptional, the staff at baba beach club couldnt do more for us, the staff really make this resort what it is, the level of training they have been given by the company is just incredible & I have to say. .credit is due to all the staff & senior management of Sri Pawan for exceeding our expectations at baba beach club

We spent in U Hua Hin 10 nights, so i suppose that is more than enough time to check out everything. We are so happy we chose this hotel. Everything is new, super clean, comfortable, and food is delicious. The variety at breakfast was amazing. So many interactive staions. ( Waffless, noodles, egg station with chef, grill.. everything!) But what was the absolute highlight? The STAFF!! They were all incredible. So nice, always smiling, extremely helpful. It might sound like a cliche, but we really felt like home (luxurious home :)) because of them. Special thanks to all F&B staff , the breakfast chef and the concierge guys. You were all the best! We are gonna miss you. AND THANK YOU FOR A GOODBYE SURPRISE, that was sooo sweet! PS: great for remote working too, library (open 24hours) and very strong wifi! 🖤

The Palayana Hua Hin Hotel is a great place to relax in Thailand. The hotel has a spacious, clean and very well-kept green area, a private sandy beach. On the beach there is a cafe with a wonderful view of the sea. The food in the cafe is delicious, there is local cuisine and European. Breakfast is a buffet, where everyone can find something for themselves. There are fruits, pastries, hot dishes, salads, etc. A coffee machine is available during breakfast, this was important for me :) The staff speaks good English, is very polite, ready to answer any request. The room was spacious and clean, with daily cleaning, changed towels and robes. The room has good soundproofing - we did not hear other guests. The hotel has a great location - a 7-minute walk to the store "7 eleven", nearby there are numerous cafes, bakeries and restaurants. I recommend the hotel for both family holidays with children and for personal holidays.

We got welcome drinks when we arrived at the hotel. The staff was super friendly. Our room was on the second floor. A big window where you could see the pool and countryside. Quiet, little accommodation for couples and families with children. The pool was just one step away. Breakfast was served into rooms and you could choose the time from 06.30 to 10.30. We even got a cup of hot chocolate to wish us a good night.

Not a lot to like.

Not a lot to like. There isn't really a beach most of the time - rather a stepped sea wall. It feels a bit rough. Probably not a destination that families should put on their list of places to go to in Thailand.

Most importantly, the beach was not underwater like the beach at Hua Hin was, due to tides. The beach is pretty clean and there are plenty of reasonably priced vendors to hire a lounge chair from - and they don't harass you when you're walking past. There isn't anything architectural to look at in the town, but it has a nice atmosphere. In the evening, various street food stalls set up along the road at the beach.

Cha Am has very little services and activities so if you like a place to relax, it is great. The livelu Hua Hin is only 15-20 minutes drive away and easy to access with shuttles or taxis (cheap). Hua Hin / Cha Am are golfers’ paradises - there are many nice courses within 30 min drive.
