This hotel was absolutely superb and wonderful. We came with our 1.8 year old daughter and it was a perfect match! Grand Mercure Khao Lak is a brand new boutique resort and what you see in the photos is exactly what you get! Everything is new, perfectly clean, neatly ordered and designed to the smallest details. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was perfect and the pool by the room even more. The facilities are wonderful including the shared pool and the kids club. Breakfast is great also. We really recommend this hotel!

actually I didn’t liked anything. sadly it says it’s a 4 stars hotel… I wouldn’t give it even 3 stars… it looked like a bad hostel. the pools dirty, most of the staff is rude especially the acceptance ladies… we begged them to clean our room and overalls the hotel is bad also the breakfast. Khao lak is a place to relax and be at the hotel alot…. and we always ran to do activities cus it was awful! I wanted to move to a different hotel but everything is fully booked and this one is not… probably cus it’s the worst!

It's a very nice hotel in a perfect location in Khao Lak. We had 2 beach front villas by the pool. The villas are very comfortable and the view is fantastic. Great value for money. The staff is attentive and proffesional. Just outside the hotel there are shops, restaurants, bars, travel agencies and massages. We had a late flight back home so they let us check out at 8pm without extra payment!! We are very much appriciate it and will come back for sure.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for, my partner and I loved the big ocean view. The trees here grow on their own, making it feel more wild and real compared to other hotels in Khao Lak where everything is trimmed and neat. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. All of this for a great price! Also, there are lots of sweet cats on the property😻 I would definitely recommend this place, and come back here myself one day.

I usually don't review hotels but had to make an exception for the fantastic staff and hospitality at Outrigger Khao Lak. I stay at many hotels and never experienced such accommodating, understanding staff that truly go above and beyond for the guests. The resort is very relaxing, the pool right next to the beach is amazing, the beach itself is beautiful, and again, the staff is just so so nice. I truly had an amazing stay.

The hotel is very atmospheric. You have a pool for swiming and a decorative shalow pool between villas for cooling and view. All territory is drowning in orchard full of flowers. Villas are exceptionally comfortable. They even have a wardrobe room, very convenient to put all your staff out of your own eyes. Staff is very attentive and hospitable. Even rates for taxi and additional services are on the cheaper side for Khao lak.

the pool was nice but was completely dominated by one eu nation - who were all so grumpy. it’s for old people who are afraid to go to Thailand (for some reason) and stay in the hotel the whole time. Thailand isn’t for that it’s for seeing the culture - that type of holiday is Mexico - by the pool all day. Khao lak is t that nice either - I’ve been all over Thailand - there isn’t anything to do and the markets are inferior.

Mr Chang was excellent and really friendly. Provided us with a lot of information regarding Khao Lak. The room itself was spacious, and had a powerful air con. It was cleaned every day. The hotel is surrounded by lovely restaurants and is around a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you’re interested in visiting the Similan Islands, Mr Chang provided the best price that we could find and the tour was excellent.

Would highly recommend this property in Khao Lak, it was spotless clean and villas are really big! Powerful shower with hot water, TV, kettle, large balcony and comfortable bed with good bedding. location is good for the main road with lots of restaurants etc and it’s not toooo far from the beach, probably 15/20 min walk but we had scooters. One of the best rooms we’ve had across Thailand!

The best hotel during my month trip in Thailand. Everything there was perfect, starting from breakfast (no problem with vegan options), no issues with WIFI, room cleaned each day. The hotel staff was also amazing, if needed anything (motorbike, helping with further transport, advices) they helped me immediately. If I would be in Khao Lak in the future I definitely book it again.

my stay at khao lak mind home hostel was absolutely amazing! the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious and always clean! but the best part about the hostel is definitely the staff! they were so so kind and helpful and we got some amazing recommendations! will definitely recommend this place and come back as soon as possible:))

A gem in Khao Lak. The owner is great and helpful. The rooms, suites and appartments are great and a well being oasis. We loved the area where the hotel is located. Quiet Thai neighborhood with great restaurants, mini mart, laundry and all you need. One of the most peaceful beaches of the area is about an eight minute ride by scooter!

Great rooms, really good size and very comfortable. Hotel does hire motor bikes, which are really handy for getting around, as location is around 3km from the coastline. All beaches are easily reachable by bike, white sand, coconut, memories, etc. Staff are super efficient, would not hesitate to stay again if in Khao Lak.

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing holiday on the beautiful Khao Lak beach, short taxi ride into the nearby Khao Lak and Ban Niang towns and some very good traditional Thai restaurants nearby within walking distance. Hotel staff were fantastic, always very friendly and keen to help. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nicely designed hotel next to the sandy beach and close to Khao Lak village. Waterpark- indisputable attraction for families. Kids Club. Many other water facilities for kids and adults. Many restaurants and bars (Coconut Bar!). Well equipped gym plus pool table. Mind blowing breakfast at Manta Ray Restaurant.

What I like about Zleep Hotel is everything. The room is super nice, clean, comfy big bed, I love the bathroom and the street view. The staffs are so helpful especially Miss Su at the reception. She’s so approachable and willing to help on whatever you need. I’ll stay here again if I’m coming back to Khao Lak.

Hotel amazing, food very delicious, workers very kind and helpful, they clean rooms everyday, The pools are very clean and the view is beautiful, around hotel is very good restaurants, i just can say if u wanna traveling to Khao Lak, Kalima is de best choice(do not doubt).

What a fantastic little gem. It was our first visit to Khao Lak and we didn't really know what to expect. It was fantastic. A great little hotel which beautiful beachside villas, amazing staff and a small but delicious menu. Would definitely stay there again.

Great apartments! Close to the main road and the beautiful beaches of Khao lak! The owners Paul and Nana are super friendly and helpful! Scooter rental is available for a very good price. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen :)
