All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, offering to help (especially the boss). Assisted me to reach the Assos area by car. Great authentic meal with great view. Decent pricing. Best location for those who want to just relax in a quiet atmosphere. Hope to visit someday again for an another memory.

Hotel and its beach is just amazing. They have a lovely restaurant and garden by the sea coast. You can have very relaxing and cozy evenings there. The beach is quite nice, sea is very clean. You can enjoy swimming and sunbathing in such incredible atmosphere. I definitely recommend this hotel. I will be staying there again for sure.

The hotel was beautiful in a gorgeous location. The restaurant was very good as well - both dinner and breakfast were excellent. But most of all being on the water in a small town was a treat. Visiting the antiquities nearby was why we came and we were thrilled by it all.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Sazlı, Assos Kayalar Terrace is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Such friendly and helpful owners! The breakfast is really so generous and all super fresh. The rooms are nice and comfortable, good bed, good shower and we had a nice view from our balcony. Without any hesitation we would come back here when in Molyvos. This hotel has such a unique vibe. The room I stayed in was thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details, and the interior architecture really stood out—it didn’t feel generic at all. What really made the stay special though were the people. The owner and staff are incredibly kind and genuinely caring. You can tell they go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time. Selim, the owner, clearly has a vision. Just walk around Assos a bit and you’ll quickly notice that he’s trying to create something different here—and it shows. The location couldn’t be better—super close to both the ancient city and the village square. You can park your car just a block down the street. They also give great tips on where to eat and what to see, which made our trip even better. All in all, it’s the kind of place that leaves a lasting impression.
