Immaculately clean and spacious room. Very comfortable and if I wasn’t rushing I would have loved to stay longer. Charming staff and particularly the guy on breakfast duty who spoke really excellent English and will I think go far.

We enjoyed the university campus ambiance . Big rooms were excellent . The location is out of town but walking in was no problem for us . Great breakfast . All in all we loved our stay .

Excellent staff, comfortable new hotel and really wonderful fresh breakfast with a chef who kept a close eye on the buffet and made fresh food when required. A very enjoyable stay. Also easy parking and a short taxi ride into the city so if you’re going to Erzurum, definitely consider this hotel. I would stay here again for sure.

Awesome little guesthouse in the heart of Erzurum. The family running the place were lovely. My room on the third floor was spotless and really comfortable. It caught a nice breeze in the arvo and evening, and had a great view of the fort. I was able to park my motorbike in the safe alley outside the hotel, under the watchful eye of shopkeepers and CCTV. Location was perfect. Short stroll to the main sights, good restaurants and supermarkets. There's a big MMM Migros less than 10 minutes walk where you can buy beer. Free 24/7 tea/coffee/water and the WiFi was reliable and covered every floor (30mbps down/10mbps up). Will definitely be staying again when I come back through Erzurum. Thanks Kerim and family!
