Easy check in and check out. The concierge staff, Mr. Arda is helpful during our visit. We enjoy the facility such as free sauna/pool. The hospitality of the spa, sauna and gym staff is on the top notch. Located just 11 minutes from the last stop of teleferik. We enjoy the snow rain on the last day of our visit. The room is spacious and clean.

Everything in this hotel is immaculate; the staff, the location, the view, the food, the facilities and the rooms. It's perfect and definitely worth a revisit. All the staff, especially Samet and Baybars, were extremely friendly and helpful, and helped make this stay even more remarkable.

The apartments are perfectly located in the historic center, with many attractions within walking distance. They are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host, Sheyma, is very pleasant, polite, and always ready to help. She was available and attentive throughout our week-long stay. We arrived for check-in two hours later than planned—after midnight—but Sheyma kindly met us and checked us in without any issues. On the second day, she even upgraded us from our initial apartment on the fourth floor to a more spacious one on the first floor, which was greatly appreciated. I’d also like to highlight the helpfulness of her friend and assistant, Hulya, who changed our towels and handled our laundry. I will gladly recommend them to my friends and acquaintances and plan to stay in their apartments again on future visits to Bursa.
