The food was incredible! I've never stayed in a hotel with better food. The cleanliness was exceptional too, which my wife pays a lot of attention to and it got full points from her! The staff is very educated and helpful, they go above and beyond to make you happy. Hotel is also very well-designed and chic, and is completely focused on providing you the best winter holiday experience. I most definitely recommend this place for couples, families and anyone who wants to have a comfortable, problem-free ski vacation with great amenities.

We visited Uludag during off season when most of the resorts are closed in this ski station. But this property was open and a restaurant onsite was also functioning. We reached around 9pm, staffs were very welcoming and our check-in was swift, we were provided all the information. Hotel was clean, room was amazing and every detail was unique. We had our dinner at the onsite restaurant which served mainly Italian dishes and we really liked the food. Breakfast was amazing and in huge variety, very filling. Looking forward to come back and highly recommend.

Easy check in and check out. The concierge staff, Mr. Arda is helpful during our visit. We enjoy the facility such as free sauna/pool. The hospitality of the spa, sauna and gym staff is on the top notch. Located just 11 minutes from the last stop of teleferik. We enjoy the snow rain on the last day of our visit. The room is spacious and clean.
