Everything in this hotel is immaculate; the staff, the location, the view, the food, the facilities and the rooms. It's perfect and definitely worth a revisit. All the staff, especially Samet and Baybars, were extremely friendly and helpful, and helped make this stay even more remarkable.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel, the first time back in 2019. The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance from the historic centre of Bursa. At the same time, it's also convenient for travel to the bus station by tram. Breakfast was good.

This hotel was amazing, it had some of the best spa facilities I have seen. The staff were very attentive and the hotel room was great. The hotel had good options for parking as well as a great campus to walk around at night.
