The team here were incredibly warm and friendly. Azad and Dogan were always available to answer my many questions! The hotel itself is in a great location with a wonderful rooftop restaurant view during morning breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I don't remember all the names, nevertheless, the reception lady, Tuba, and the staff, Turgut bey were kind and great. They gave us excellent advice on where to eat and shop.

Everything was perfect. I arrived early morning and I have early check in without any fee. I also got upgraded room without fee. Staff was very very kind and helpful. While I waited for the room they offered me coffee and cake and also tea. Being in The Conforium Hotel was such wonderful experience

Van city is not touristic and everyone has another purpose...

Van city is not touristic and everyone has another purpose to visit. Do not expect something extraordinary from it. Historical places do not worth the time to visit. All foods I had there at any place were tasty. Normally the portion of one is enough for 2 adults. Check the size of the food before ordering.

The views of the surrounding snow capped mountains were truly beautiful. Friendly welcoming people & the food was very good. Very easy getting around & the taxi operators were pleasant. A very good value for money short holiday. The boat trip on Lake Van to Akdamar Island was beautiful & interesting.

Bostaniçi is a convenient location with easy access to the city center. The area is lively, and we found everything we needed nearby. It was a good base for exploring Van and the surrounding attractions.

Am working since 20 years at 5 stars hotels. The hotel certainly exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and very helpful and very accommodating. Me and my nephew were impressed with the hotel and bathroom. The manager Mr Caner very nice person and front desk and bell boy very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better. I would recommend this hotel to everyone
