I recently stayed at *Elite World Hotel in Van*, and I had a fantastic experience. The *location* is perfect – right in the city center, close to shops, restaurants, and key attractions. The *staff* were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was one of the highlights – fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay.

excellent location and the excellent attitude of the staff, especially the girl at the reception, who provided us with a booking for a boat trip to Akdemar Island (unfortunately I forgot to ask her name to note her personally). Perfect food and excellent cleanliness and hygiene! All this made our stay perfect! I recommend visiting, you will not be disappointed!

Floor heating system very clean friendly staff

Nice big rooms, quiet at night. We found lots of restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. Parking is easy, in a garage just around the corner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good spread for breakfast.

The hotel staff were wonderful—kind, polite, and always helpful. In particular, Nastaran stood out as an exceptional receptionist. She was not only extremely polite but also consistently attentive and eager to help with anything I needed. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced my experience.

The Karaca Hotel is newly built and exceptionally clean, with an excellent breakfast and very respectful and friendly staff. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Mr. Hedayat, you are the most amazing receptionist I have ever seen, very helpful, kind and humble. When I arrived at hotel, they just finished the renovation, hotel is situated in a great location, and if you consider the price, cleanness, breakfast, and location into consideration, the hotel is more than extraordinary.

Perfect location in front Van lake, nice to chill out watching spectacular sunset. In room everything you need, beds very comfy, air conditioning working very well and quiet, powerful shower. Delicious breakfast with lots options. Staff very nice and helpful. For me great choice in Van, not far to Akdamar Island.

A nice, decent hotel downtown. The breakfast is a highlight, make sure you book a room with breakfast. Great variety and wonderful view from top floor.

The place is lovely, but I have not actually seen any of the rooms as my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking issue. Regardless, the manager helped me with an apartment to stay the night, as there were no other places available in the city at the time. The other place was clean and organized. The outdoor environment was lovely.
