The staff were the most remarkable hosts. Such clear comminication well before i even arrived. Even weeks before offering me their Line phone number and a shuttle from the train station. When I arrived they did more than care for my needs. They understood my situation even more than I did, offering me a better room, an amazing hot hotpot meal, helping me with a tat, greeting me late at night when their work shift already ended. It was beyond great hospitality. Their kind care was written in a handwritten letter, my needs always check up on. This is such a great location and really beautiful hotel. and their staff really the best care I have received in a long time. It was so comforting having human care and not robotic replies. They did beyond the best they could offer

The private onsen experience in the room was awesome. Even with an additional bed in the room, there was so much space to move around. The breakfast spread was amazing too. The staff were all polite and helpful. The set dinner serving was way too big for us. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The homestay is clean and bright with comfortable bed. Toilet facilities are good. There's a pantry which guests are welcomed to use. The owners are friendly and helpful. Just need to note that there's quite a steep slope walk up to the homestay, is walking distance to nearby GongTian Gong. All are good. Thanks to the owner for a comfortable stay and ride to the train station.
