I am regretted that I just booked for a night. i could stay for more days! like literally just stay in and use the facility. the spa facility - free onsen and sauna or even onsen in room are just perfect, the facility and equipment are all new! also location is just perfect and it situated right the ita tsao street. you can grab all the foods and shopping there in just 2 mins walk.

Wow! Incredible hotel, from top to bottom. Rooms, private Onsen in your room, location, THE VIEW and most of all: the food. By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and worth every penny. The staff is very helpful and professional. complimentary and fast transfers to the bus station were great. I can also recommend the hotel sunshine cruise.

Fantastic new hotel! Nice balcony, great bathroom with bath with a view over sun moon lake! Everything is in the room. Coffee, tea, water and even earplugs! Totally western comfort! Tip: the rooms on the A side have the best view over the sun moon lake!

With a 180-degree full view of the lake, our brand-new hotel is just a 3-minute walk to Shuishe Pier and only a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

Such a unique and beautiful hotel room that makes you say "wow" as soon as you walk in. The room was so well appointed with a comfortable bed and absolutely amazing views from inside the room and outside on the balcony. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast while limited in options was tasty and filling and fuelled you up for the day. The sunrise and sunset views from the balcony were incredible.

It was the best hotel having lots of food options. The breakfast buffet was the best. The lakeview was beautiful. i had wonderful time with my family. The staffs are not fluent in English but they are really kind and try to help me out on everything I asked.

Really liked this hotel. Lady working on the front desk and at breakfast was super helpful the whole time we were there. Room was big and comfortable and location was great, right off the main street but still really quiet. One of the best breakfasts we had during our stay in Taiwan and probably one of the best values hotels too. Highly recommend.
