Located a few minutes walk from the bus station. The hotel has 2 entrances, one facing the fish market and one next to a parking lot. The room was large, with a separate bathroom for men and women. A little lounge area with a TV in the room, and a larger one/bar next to the reception. Aircon in the room. Individual lockers. Capsule-like beds that you can lock from the inside. Cleaned daily, towels changed every day, a bottle of water per day. Excellent taiwanese buffet for breakfast, with a wide choice of food and drinks. Self service washing machine and dryer for a fee. The receptionists spoke very little to no English, but did their best to communicate with a translating app. For travel information in English I would sugget to go to the information centre at the bus station. I would definitely stay there again.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was close to the bus terminal and the Tiehua village. 10 minutes stroll down to the pebbly beach. Note that the Railway Station is about 10 minutes of bus from downtown Taitung, but once you're in Taitung city, this hotel offers great accommodation and service.

The property is very new and modern, great design, secure parking, and the location is superb. The room was spacious and comfortable, I didn’t want to leave.

Good value, great breakfast and lots of facilities.

The reception people were very nice - super helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable, the breakfast tasty with lots of variety. There was for some reason karaoke in the restaurant, with finger food and drinks, as well as pantry kitchen open 24/7 - with coffee, snacks and ice cream.

Counter staff was helpful in arranging transportation. 5 minute walk to beach and 10 minutes to market. Have good food around. A hot drink machine in lobby 24/7. Bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Very nice place, staff was very kind, the location is very convenient, I had a nice view room. there are convenient stores nearby, and lots of places to grab a bite.

The staff is very friendly, and they help us find a car, so we could tour Taitung.And we went to the hot air balloon venue early in the morning with their help, and got tickets to ride the hot air balloon

We love the serenity of the surroundings especially having the view of the mountains and river from our room. The staff are very polite and friendly. The hotel also offers buffets for breakfast and dinner . We enjoyed the seafood! It's worth coming back!

the location is located in the center of the city, but it's a little far from the train station. Therefore, you would need to take the taxi to get there.

It's a large busy hotel, which appears to cater for tour groups etc We found the quality of food to be only average, but still good value for money. The room size was generous. Was able to safely store our cycles in the lobby

The breakfast was quite good. They have freshly blended guava juice which was good.

We enjoyed a short stay here overnight. Good breakfast on offer and rented bicycles to go explore the park near the shore. Great experience with relaxed vibes. Staff were friendly.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Exceptional staff. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot for everything. Will definitely stay again, if I come back to Taitung.
