Everything was perfect especially the people fron the service

Rooms were clean and spacious, staff were super friendly and helpful

The room was large. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. It's my fault that I didn't reserve the shuttle to bring me to the hotel, so I had to get a taxi. It cost 7 dollars. I could have walked (15 minutes) but it was midnight and very cold. I was taken care of quickly. In the morning I got on the shuttle. The shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. The location is great if you get in late like me and leave in the morning.

Very nice location, multiple access to metro. Metro very close and we can reach it directly by walking 3 min. Near the cruise tours which throw cruise parties. Near some good restaurants and stores like Herman Miller, Levi's and SAVR

Extremely comfortable beds, very fancy looking room!! Stuff was very nice and you could get free water and coffee.

The Boston Omni Parker House Hotel was very centrally located with beautiful decor. It was very close to so many interesting attractions and activities.

Staff were very nice and helpful about any questions that I had. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Being able to do laundry on site and buy water/snacks on site was a nice thing to have access to.

Everything clean and tidy. Bathroom has shampo and soap and towels .. bedroom is comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good, multiple choices to choose from.also parking is available.. Thanks a lot ,keep it up

Hot coffee, straight through the night

Everything! Most imp how clean and how everything worked ! The design was nice and just overall a nice hotel!

Very near to the Logan AirPort Express bus station so convenient for either travelling to or from Logan airport. A very nice airy and tastefully decorated hotel with a nice ambience. The room was large, well appointed with a large comfortable bed and wide screen TV. Nice and quiet room. The breakfast was excellent. A nice selection and good quality. Nice coffee too. The staff were very pleasant and friendly which added to the nice atmosphere throughout the property. The check in process was fast and efficient with a pleasant welcome. There are several options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel to eat or drink out. There is a selection of snacks and drinks available in the hotel reception if required. I would certainly stay again.

Amazing ameneties, great staff and very spacious room! The parking right around the hotel was an amazing plus as well. All in all a great place to stay for anyone trying to visit Cambridge or the Boston area in general. Right next to the Hotel you will find a Star market as well as a Starbucks and a McDonalds - just in case the Hotels ameneties are not the right fit flor you. I can only recommend!

Location and ease of parking. Very helpful staff. Well appointed room

1. Housekeeping, Technicians, Front Desk - all the staffs were exceptionally nice, polite, understanding, proactively helpful. 2. Location of the hotel property provides ease of commuting to&fro to various tourists spots in no time. 3. Morning breakfast was a treasure to cherish. 4. All time availability of Tea / Coffee / Hot drinking water makes it chery on the cake.

The hotel is in an excellent location, super modern and with great facilities. The staff were absolutely wonderful!

Breakfast was the highlight, amazingly comfortable beds, quiet, clean, free shuttle bus service that picks you up and to the airport (and to a metro station upon request, which saved us a lot of time since the hotel is far from the center of Boston), free coffee and tea anytime of the day. We were very satisfied in general. Also we got a room upgrade which was awesome cause initially we booked a room with one double bed and a sofa bed and ended up with two double beds.

We liked the interior and what you got for your money. The area ist really nice.
