To be honest we were a bit reluctant to book this hotel last minute. Why? Because on the pictures it looked a bit too old fashioned for our liking. In the end we did decide to trust the raving reviews and we were so glad we did! Not only was the room (in the main building) big and really comfortabel, it turned out the pictures didn't do it justice (or maybe it's just us being a bit allergic to the red, yellow and blue fabrics). Anyhow, we have enjoyed our stay in this hotel tremendously. The complimentary wine and cheese hour is a lovely touch! The location right in the center of Rehoboth Beach is perfect, as is the free parking. The breakfast was pretty good too. We enjoyed the pool for hours and had a wonderful night's rest. What more can you ask for?

My stay was excellent. The place was very clean and comfortable, but the best part was the staff’s consideration. They made everything easy for me to check in late at night, even though the reception was already closed. They sent me all the instructions by email, and everything was clear and well-organized. Just remember to always check your email because they communicate through there. This was my second time staying here, and I highly recommend it

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They asked if we were celebrating any event at the time of making the reservation. We were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. There was Champaign waiting for us when we got to our room. Totally unexpected but such as nice surprise. The location was great, as was the indoor rooftop pool.

I liked that the living room and bedroom were separated, not just one big room with everything. Liked that the luggage carts were easily accessible. Loved the morning sun on the roof deck. Loved the dimmer switch in the living area.

The price was very reasonable. The quality of the staff, cleanliness, and rooms was well above the rate we were charged. Thank you for an amazing experience! I look forward to booking additional visits.

Great value in this super clean privately owned motel. Always my first choice for many many years. They are always adding improvements and the staff is too notch. Pool was sparkling clean.

Good hotel. Newly renovated, friendly reception. Good breakfast. Good deal. Just i booked 2 bedroom apartment, and there was no 2 room apartments in this hotel. Mistake by booking.com

Everything was fine except the little dish in the microwave ddn't fit on the rotator key. I heated my McDonalds coffee there. Otherwise OK
