Where do I start? I honestly think this is the hotel with the best price/quality ratio in the zone. All their workers were extremely helpful and helped us in every thing we needed. The price is way better than any other hotels around, the rooftop is amazing, everything is brand new since the hotel was built from scratch and opened in Summer 2024, rooms were always clean and beds so comfortable. THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING, so big and so many variety. Also the location is perfect, just half block from Magnificent Mile and a mile away from The Bean, Art Institute, Grant Park, a mile away from the Lakefront trail, less than 2 miles away from Navy Pier. Además, muchísimos empleados hablan español!

I like this hotel. Nice room, good bed. You can drink coffee and tea 24/7. Beautiful and new design. Some things like facials masks, yoga rug, socks are very lovely for guests. Location is great. View on river is the best, you can see ships and tramp tower.

This hotel has the best beds and pillows ever! After staying at the Blake we went to a 4-star hotel more pricey and I can say the Blake was a better option for a cheaper price!     The most important feature is the location 100 ft subway station giving access to the red & brown lines the neighborhood has all services groceries restaurants this location saved time and money in my trip the property is old but well maintained and clean the main purpose of my trip was doing Chicago marathon 2022 so this location is recommended for any runner want to participate as the start line is around 20 minutes from the hotel by subway

    I just love this hotel. This was my second time staying there. Cozy hotel in a great location- in the center of downtown Chicago, you are close to everything you need such as: stores, coffee shops, cinema, the lake...everything you need is a few minutes walk. The hotel is so clean, beds are comfortable, great view of the city, looks very elegant and modern. The price is very affordable.

    Chicago has so many things to do, that would please everyone. However, if there's only one thing that you can do in Chi Town - make it an architecture river tour. Absolutely entertaining and fascinating, along with some great views. Make sure to check out Buddy Guy's Legends - a great blues bar with lots of good music and atmosphere.

    A very expensive family trip!

    A very expensive family trip! We ended up sleeping on separate floors and sweating most of the day due to faulty air conditioner in 1 or our 2 rooms. (78 degrees) We spent our family time making continuous trips to front lobby, packing, moving, or unpacking our belongings and sleeping on sperate floors instead of conjoined rooms. Breakfast was great!!!

    A beautiful and distinctive old home, both inside and out that is expertly maintained and exceptionally clean. The large common area was good for visiting with friends. The staff was friendly and helpful. The plentiful breakfast was a help yourself with options for cold or items like frozen breakfast sandwiches that you could heat in the microwave. I loved the wide variety of breakfast items from which to choose. We parked in the 3-space parking area by the side of the house, but there was street parking available too. The Inn was full, but it was very quiet. The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. For us, the only downside was having to walk up to the third floor to our whirlpool suite.

    Schaumburg is a beautiful city that offers a variety of restaurants and is home to Woodfield mall, the biggest mall in the state of Illinois. You can also find forest preserves for biking trails, and the city also offers public transportation (Pace buses) and Metra train on the south side of the city.

    Hotel easy to find close enough to the freeways but away from most of the traffic. It does seem that red lights are a suggestion a LOT of people that just think yellow means go faster? 3-4 cars at a time at most lights after it turns red, so be careful. Lots of different restaurants. Can due with out the flash floods and thunder storms. All in all had a good trip.

    There is someone at the front desk 24/7. There may be no convenience store nearby but they do have water, soda and chips for sale for a reasonable price. There’s also a microwave in the lobby that you can use. The staff were nice too and told that I could have more coffee if I wanted.

    1. Bloomington-Normal is a sprawling shopping center with a university attached to it. The main attraction is Illinois State University and primarily draws student's families to it. Has a lot of restaurants and hotels, some are very good (Indian restaurants, breakfast joints), some are terrible. (Just avoid the Chateau Hotel for example, you're better off.)

    We were stranded at the airport due to weather in Chicago so, we weren't able to enjoy Peoria. However, our two UBER drivers and the front desk clerk were very nice people if that's any indication of the Peoria Community.

    Although our group frequent downtown Chicago, Schiller Park was nice. We enjoyed access and frequent visits to the local parks, especially the Des Plaines River Trail. We saw lots of wildlife (deer, raccoons, rabbits) and enjoyed frog sounds at night. For the young athletes there were good things for them to enjoy. Good local eateries nearby.
