The property is located right in town so you are steps away from coffee shops, restaurants, & boutiques. The staff is very accommodating & they pay great attention to your needs. The restaurant was lovely with a nice view of the marina. We had a continental breakfast which was good. The room was spacious and SO clean, nice kitchenette and bath. All in all a nice stay.

The Manor was beautiful, even better than the pictures. We also thought that the little apartment was perfectly laid out, great use of space. It had everything we needed and more, even a small dishwasher and full size fridge. Very nicely updated for the age of the building. Especially loved the older woman at the front desk (think her name was Emily??). Not only was she unbelievably friendly but also helped us plan out a couple days of site seeing suggestions and driving route that was most scenic. we actually change our plans and took the ferries to the north fork; so glad we did. worked out beautifully and cut down on several hours of driving.

It’s an updated and clean option for Montauk right off the beach. The location is ideal for those who want to be close to beach, have pool access and be able to explore town. The staff at the front desk couldn’t be kinder and more accommodating. They always greeted with a smile and were approachable and had excellent customer service skills. Location of hotel is very good. Room size is good. Room service too. Shortage of lights in the room. Beds are very comfortable. Pillows are also very nice. Double bed width is not enough for 2 persons. Carpet of all the places became very old and giving bad smell. Corridor side wallpaper are in a bad position. It's tearing off. Swimming pool area needs renovation to make beautiful. Lobby entrance from out side needs renovation.

Air conditioner keeps turning off.

Air conditioner keeps turning off. Sink was clogged even after maintenance came on and supposedly fixed it. Questionable individuals hanging out in the lobby. Most of the time there was no one supervising the counter. Upon arrival they assigned and handed a key to another couple to the same room as the one assigned to us.

my room was given away and was stuck in pet friendly room had no choice due to room aready paid for. was told they would give discount never happened. Got sick from room smell told them did nothing till next day. never checked my reservation for the next weekend which they told me they would computer in there facility did not wrok was just night mare. Staff froendly but don>t keep there promises. Would not stY THERE OR RECOMENNED THEM EVER AGAIN.

When I comped rooms in the area this wasn't the best room I could get for my money.. but the cancellation policy was. They staff was rude when they took my money. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the rooms are run down.

I often stay in garden City for a lot of practical reasons: convenient access from the airports, access to my meetings. The hotel should be considered a "classic". It is not too modern nor too old style. Staff is very professional and helpful. The restaurant offers a good choice of amazing dishes. Garden city is accessible by waling and has many bars and restaurants, banks, shops etc.

The hotel was clean the staff was friendly the bed was comfortable.The bathroom had men's hairs from someone shaving their face and neck on the sink. There was men's hairs around the sink that was not clean prior to renting the space The bathroom could have been wiped down better. The room and the bathroom also had a bad odor.

Rockville Centre had a very nice restaurant, The Pantry, where we had an excellent dinner on Christmas Day, and our hotel, Best Western Mill River Manor, provided quick and easy access (a 2-minute walk from the hotel) to the Rockville Centre Long Island Railroad (LIRR) station where we were able to choose any one of numerous trains to Manhattan via Central Station or Penn Station. Altogether, a convenient and pleasant place to stay with efficient train access to Manhattan.

We had a worse experience there.

We had a worse experience there. The AC of outdoor and indoor made noises whole night and we didn't have a good sleep. We turned off the indoor one but we couldn't control the outside one. staff with a uniform knocked on our door twice and then tried to open the door at around 10am, it made us very nervous. We thought that our privacy was disturbed. No bottle of water in the room and no coffee in the lobby. It was not worthy of $200 for a night and not match with " Hilton "! We are looking forward to be refund some of the money to give us a consolation.

This Hilton is a disgrace to the Hilton name brand.

This Hilton is a disgrace to the Hilton name brand. Staff not friendly or helpful. Room was very dirty. Lamps didn't work, corridor to room had wires exposed the whole time of our 5 day stay. Fire alarm went off 3 times, twice in the middle of the night. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Loved the place: friendly staff, breakfast was included, they have a gym and pool facility. Our stay was very pleasant and would return here again. It is not standard to get a room clean every day, but it is possible if you ask the night before or morning of. Loved the room, had a bedroom, lounge room and kitchen area which was quite spacious, with large windows to let light in also. In walking distance to shops and supermarkets.
