Naka is simply stunning. Anywhere you look you are surrounded by beauty. The staff was very caring and the food delicious. Yes, the resort is a bit old, the main pool could use some love&care, but honestly it didn't bother us. The overall feeling of being pampered made us want to return here next year. There isn't a kids club, but there are a lot of activities for kids so the entire family had am amazing time. For sure it was an amazing start to out Thailand holiday.

even though it needs a paint, the pool and rooms are really beautiful. there is free kayaking and the hotel has some lovely spaces to relax in. the staff were exceptional. the gardens are lovely and there is a free shuttle to town. but probably the most wonderful thing of our visit was the breakfast. it was absolutely outstanding and we could have whatever we wanted and as much as we wanted. the staff went out of their way to ensure that we had plenty of vegetarian options. the bed was perfect and the rooms were super clean, great wifi and large.

An absolute retreat in the clouds, feels like you’re in heaven, with the spectacular views in every direction, the best eats, rooms, service and hospitality! special mention to manager CHART. So warm, so welcoming. what I really liked is that almost every room had a view to wake up to. so surreal.
