The staff was very polite! The food was great, very divers and delicious. The facilities are new and the room was spacious and cleaned daily. Towels were changed regularly. There is a singing fountain show every evening at 20:30. Also every room basically has a sea view and a large balcony!

PERLA HOTEL All Inclusive Adults only has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Sunny Beach. The hotel is freshly renovated, it's nice and spacious. The rooms are clean, comfortable and bright. The pools aren't deep, and all people can enjoy them. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I can genuinely say that Gaby saved our summer holiday after a few days of bad experience in another hotel. The animation is fun and interactive for all ages. Our family was able to enjoy all the activities. Petya took great care of our son, Eray didn't let us gain weight with his gymnastics and water exercises and of course Eli who took care of the party side of our stay with the drinking games and the funny competitions. We appreciate the hard work of all staff members from the polite bellboy, the helpful receptionists, the energetic bartenders, and all the other nice young people that we met during our stay.
