Huge thanks and 10 stars to Gina Li, the sales manager, who was helpful in everything and helped us a lot during our entire stay at the hotel. We spent 16 nights there, during which she helped us with transfers, necessities for the little one, just with everything. Once again, a big thank you to Gina Li, who turned our stay into an unforgettable one.

Overlooking the stunning coast of the South China Sea, it is located on the North Haitang Road, just a few minutes drive from Sanya International Duty Free City. It is a perfect vacation spot for all ages, family, couple etc. Room was spotless and top of the class, lounge accommodated us with breakfast which was very convenient, and unlimited access to the water park was a huge plus. There are many types of restaurants, free access to the aquarium, pools that are open until 10pm with cocktail bar with live music, and numerous shops. We wish we were here for more days. Finally, we had huge help from our personal concierges, Dikshya and Fahad, who helped us from the day we arrived at the airport, facilitated our check-in, gave us information about the hotel whenever we needed, provided us with every extra amenities whenever we asked so we don't ever have to call the front desk, and even surprised us with cake and lovely room decoration for my wife's birthday. We would love to visit here again in the future.

Spa and Thai food are featured at this property. We were in this peaceful resort for 7 days. It was an A+ experience. From first encounter team till the last. Beautiful resort, peaceful away from all the restaurants and bars. Spacious room, beautiful pool and beach right next to us. Although we preferred to be at the pool most of time. Team was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, tourist spots, helping us use Didi and Alipay. Most of them spoke good English but whoever didn’t used translation app to help us. Thank you Ashita, Ada, Zack who made our stay pleasant. Let’s not forget breakfast buffet and team who always gave us a warm welcome. Lots of Asian and Western options. I stuck with Chinese ofc. Having noodles for breakfast is a unique Asian experience.

Southeast Asian style and surrounded by lush tropical plants, it features day spa and several landscaped pools. The facilities are great, and the room very comfortable and clean. However, the best part of the hotel is its service level, in particular the one directly provided by the hotel manager Maria. Her very high quality service was amazing - the best service level I’ve encountered in similar hotels.

The nearest airport is Sanya Phoenix International Airport, a 45-minute drive away. The staff are really attentive. Pools are big and clean. Rooms are with big size and awesome view, and they are pretty new. Most importantly, Emily, who is responsible for our stay is super helpful, patient, and friendly. She makes our stay more enjoyable!

An Unforgettable Stay – Can’t Wait to Come Back! I can’t speak highly enough of my experience at Sanya Conifer Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The highlight has to be the absolutely stunning rooftop and infinity pools — easily among the best I’ve ever seen, with breathtaking views and a vibrant rooftop bar right on the water. The facilities throughout the resort are top-tier, and the breakfast was a daily treat, offering a fantastic variety including plenty of Western options — which we really appreciated. A special mention goes to Daisy at reception. Her hospitality and helpfulness made a lasting impression and really elevated our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. This hotel truly has everything — comfort, beauty, great food, and incredible service. I’m already planning my next trip to Sanya just to stay here again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Clean swimming pool and decent opening hours. Life guard Lincoln Wu is extremely helpful to guests.
