The service - a special thanks to Eva - was outstanding and we had a very pleasant stay at Pullman. The breakfast variety was more than sufficient and the hotel restaurants have a very good quality.

The facilities throughout the resort are top-tier, and the breakfast was a daily treat, offering a fantastic variety including plenty of Western options — which we really appreciated. A special mention goes to Daisy at reception. Her hospitality and helpfulness made a lasting impression and really elevated our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. This hotel truly has everything — comfort, beauty, great food, and incredible service. I’m already planning my next trip to Sanya just to stay here again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
