This is one of the one of the hotels that we love and my husband’s family is was a loyal customer since years. So we know the hotel very well. Unfortunately this time the room wasn’t that beautiful according the price we paid. The “renovated” bath was extremely small and the shower was terrible. It was on a standard of a 3-star hotel. The pillows were so uncomfortable. The sheets and the blankets were wrinkled. When they set up the sofa bed the furniture just moved unorganized and the decorative pillows were left on the floor. Therefore our stay wasn’t that pleasant and comfortable according to our other stays. We had to change our room type so we paid extra of 235€ for each night which was so overrated.

The hotel is (also) family friendly and we felt very welcome. Very nice kids' playroom.

The sauna and pool area were so thoughtfully designed, with so much soul put into it, that we didn’t want to leave.
