Even allowed us to extend our stay in a “day room” as we had a very late evening flight - all at no extra charge.

The staff, especially the manager Mr. Mahmoud were always around to help us out and make our stay a delight. We had fun walking around the village shopping for spices and souvenirs.

You can play darts at Miral Nubian House, and bike hire and car hire are available. Skiing and cycling can be enjoyed nearby, while a ski equipment rental service, a private beach area and ski-to-door access are also available on-site. The location is in a tranquil nubian village on the west side of the Nile. If you're with the car, you easily exit on a highway towards the Aswan Dam of Abu Simbel. The courtyard is a traditional one, the room was big, clean and with a good wi-fi. The host was careful and the surroundings looked safe. We also parked the car at the gate front and it was ok. The breakfast was tasteful and we served it outside in the courtyard. On the evenings, the lights from the courtyard make a warm and nice atmosphere. A good value for money!

Great resort with great staff and amazing customer service, would really recommend for anyone who cares about wellness, enjoys healthy meals, and needs a relaxing break!
I liked the flexibility and the hospitality the most, I felt very welcomed there and at home. They let me do my thing and allowed me to rest for most of the time. Breakfast was nice and healthy, it gave me a resort kind of feeling because of the nature and that it's located on a island. To top it up when I left they gave me a departing give, something to remember them by. I will definitely return to visit again.🙂
Unique hotel for unique luxury experience.
Good location, good beds, wide variety of breakfast (though not very continental, it caters more towards middle east breakfast). Roof terrace (with bar) has excellent views over the Nile and you can enjoy an evening there while having a drink. Pool in the roof was nice too. Outstanding service, all staff is extremely welcome and will do its best to make your stay comfortable.
The warm, friendly welcome. Great communication prior to arrival, especially with organising transfers from the airport & again organising transfer to meet up with our tour. We loved the design & style of the resort. Great views. Wonderful staff.
Pleasant surprise-- sort of an oasis in the desert--I was surprised by the massive size of the resort compared to the rest of the sleepy little village. Not a blade of grass in the rest of the town and desert but beautiful manicured lawns at the resort. Multiple pools, coffee bar area, large air conditioned restaurant. Front desk staff were extremely helpful--all staff were very attentive.
The style of the Resort as Nubian Culture. Room was beautiful with a stunning view. The location brings you a unique view and experience, but same time is far away from the city. Overall staff's was friendly.
Interesting place and it seems it has come a long way from being a deserted island not too long ago, but no Alila like property by any stretch of the imagination. Locally invested and nicely regionally put together materials. What we liked was the room upgrade with direct view of Philae temple. The manager Mohamed who was very friendly and competent.
