O La Cala Resort é um complexo exclusivo situado entre o Parque Nacional Sierra de Mijas e o Mar Mediterrâneo. A acomodação possui 3 campos de golfe, piscinas e spa de luxo. Staff were very accommodating with an early checkin after a early flight. Very friendly greeting at reception on arrival. Rooms were lovely! Shower was the best we’ve ever had! Didn’t want to get out! Had a lovely view of the golf course. Enjoyed breakfast and meals at the club house were lovely. Again the staff were really friendly. Enjoyed the spa and used the driving range. Just bought an apartment here so look forward so look forward to spending more time at the resort.

We were lucky to spend four wonderful nights here in early October. The apartment is located about 100m above sea level and offers stunning views to both the north-east and south-west. The access road is wide and well maintained. The entrance to the underground parking and the parking spot are easily accessible. The parking space is spacious, mid-size SUV (volvo XC60) fit perfectly. It takes roughly 8 minutes by car to reach Nerja parking areas, or nearby LIDL and ALDI markets. Self check-in process was extremely simple, with clear and easy to follow instructions. As of October 2025, the apartment and all facilities were in excellent condition. Everything was spotless, tidy and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, and bedrooms comfortable and cozy. The range of facilities truly exceeded our expectations. Since we spent most of our days exploring the Malaga area, four mornings and evenings simply weren't enough to try all facilities. We still managed to enjoy several padel games, tried the climbing wall, outdoor gym with monkey bars, minigolf, swimming pools (one main outdoor pool, and two pools inside the building), indoor gym. There were plenty of other activities we just didn`t have time for. Our kids (9 and 13) absolutely loved it, they spent every free moment outside and never got bored. Anneli was a fantastic host, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to stay at this wonderful apartment. I highly recommend this place, especially for families with active kids, though I`m sure everyone will find this place great too. Having a car definitely makes it easier to get around and explore area.
