Spotlessly clean cabin with a stunning view of the birch forest and Saana Tunturi. The tap water was the best I’ve ever had. Beyond the cabin itself, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I’d love to come back someday!

Kurula's Resort se află în Pyhätunturi, la 18 km de Amethyst Mine, și oferă o zonă de plajă privată, un lounge comun, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. Everything was so nice. The hotel is right in front of a lake and every room as lake view. In our case we had snow and the lake was frozen, but the area and the hotel offers plenty of activities for that weather. We were travelling with our little girl so we couldn't book a Aurora Borealis "hunt" but we were lucky enough to see the Aurora from our room at 10pm! It was so magical. I recommend this hotel and this trip to anyone that wants to disconnect and have amazing days in the nature.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent with a good selection of both local cusine and international dishes to accomodate even very fussy tastes. Taking a deal to do half or full board dining is well worth it. The cabins were very comfortable with heat pumps and under-floor heating within the shower area. The excursions may appear expensive but when you calculate the base costs of the equipement, staff and insurance they're not really.

The cabin is very nice, I got the chance to see the Aurora from the cabin glass, it’s amazing. Food in the restaurant is excellent, I did not expect to have food like this in Europe, unforgettable, the food is the best, they even have oat milk and lactose free milk and vegan yogurt, that gave me big surprise. Room is nice and clean, staff are all very helpful and friendly, they assist with all my excursions and transportation arrangement. They stayed late to help me check in and even prepared take away dinner for me. Hiking in the resort is also very very nice, beautiful view.

Set in Saariselkä, Northern Lights Village Saariselkä features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. Free parking is available. I stayed in a cabin on the last row which was quiet and less light polution, a perfect spot for night photography. It has an amazing view of the forest. Inside the cabin was clean, warm and cozy. It contained everything you need. The dinner buffet was also nice. Every staff was attentive and friendly. It is a short distance walk from the center and bus stop. Overall, it was my amazing experience and 100% worth the money.
