The highlight for us was definitely the spa—just opening the door, we were welcomed by an incredible scent and relaxing vibe. The team there made us feel so cared for. Highly recommend!

With a scooter, you can easily reach aroun this area. Rooms are comfortable and large. Pool is nice and enjoying. We moved to Canggu but I wish we had more days at Kayumas.

After staying at Renaissance in Cancun, I was expecting the one in Nusa Dua to be as great, and I was not disappointed. Spent 8 nights at the hotel and my Birthday was a week away when we checked in. They made me feel special every day before my Birthday. Sindu, Alit and Arys were super helpful at the restaurant and treated me with goodies. 🙂 Hendri made a really tasty affogato at the bar and all in all the restaurant staff were ALL super friendly and helpful. Just could not remember everybody's name ☺️ Room service was amazing too. Fresh towels, immaculate room every day. Gede the pool guy was friendly and helpful too, enjoyed a conversation with him, very ambitious young man! I am definitely going back to this hotel.

I love everything about this hotel. Second time I have stayed there now and I cannot fault it. Not only are the rooms beautifully decorated, the staff and service are amazing. The fact the hotel also focuses so much on sustainability makes it very special. Both times I have stayed in the Suites which I highly recommend if you can stretch to pay the extra money as the private dining area for breakfast and the extra space in the rooms are well worth it. The wellness programme they offer and the use of the beach club all just add to what is an amazing hotel. I stayed in a few other hotel this time during my trip to Bali as moved around however no other hotel I would return to except this one! I’ll be back again soon 😊
