The location of Big Fin is wonderful. Only accessible by boat means that you are able to get away from the crowds and truly relax. Arwi and his team make sure that they help out in everyway- transfers, food, activities and more. Our kids loved the simple home cooked meals and the family environment. A perfect place for us.

Beautiful hotel and its surroundings . Spacious room and comfortable bed. Free shuttle to airport and National Park. I had a nice surprise on return from our morning excursion , they decorated my room with Birthday cards and balloons and a towel birthday cake on the bed as well as a chocolate birthday cake too !! All the excursions booked through the hotel start from within the hotel and with lunch and snack and a smaller group. The price is more expensive than the excursions from the National Park but it is definitely worth it.

The apartment was very neat, tidy, comfortable and seemed to have had relatively recent work done on the bathrooms which was nice. Check-in was a breeze and Stella was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions that we had. The location was super central which helped with access to markets and shopping. It's also only 15 minutes from the airport. We had an afternoon flight so asked for a late check-out which was really appreciated. Apparently there's a large pool but we didn't use it.

Great little spot in a jungle neighborhood. Super friendly owners. We were hungry when we arrived and they were making chicken curry for their lunch, and added us to the preparations. Very unique location. I slept really well then off the next day for diving.
