Breakfast was excellent and a great choice of items. Staff were very efficient and polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

Country Resort Guadalupe is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, renovated to host rooms and 16 elegant apartments. It is located a 15-minute drive from Grosseto, and parking is free. Fantastic resort where we've stayed in a large apartment made for 4 people over two level. Receptionist staff was great, letting us checked-in well in advance and called us immediately after booking was made. Amenities, cleanliness and breakfast were top quality with a very good price in this cottage in a remote area of Ruscany surrounding by olive trees and roosters ... we loved every bit of our stay and will come again soon

Valentina and her father are super friendly hosts and provided a very generous breakfast. Probably the best BnB I've ever stayed in. True old fashioned hospitality. Great location too with parking for our rental car free just 50 meters away. Heaps of free parking in area.

This is a lovely inn/hotel, well located to visit a number of beautiful towns, including Pienza and Cortona. The place is beautifully, subtly decorated and has a warm, welcoming vibe. Cool design, new, very clean, and well maintained. Nice bathroom products. Stand outs were: the staff! All the staff were terrific, from Paolo who greeted us, to the other front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, morning and night, the chef, and the spa staff Cecilia and Tania. Housekeeping did a great job. (The gentleman with glasses who advised on wine -- a treasure!) The restaurant was exceptional, and a prime reason we'd gladly return to stay. Dinner was casually elegant with the most wonderful food. Breakfast was also delicious. Great massages at the spa. Would recommend the couples massage experience. We enjoyed the small size of the hotel, too. We stayed in winter but I'd love to stay in warm weather when you can use the pool and outdoor sitting areas.

Immersed in a 5-hectare park, The Sense Experience Resort offers accommodation in Follonica, boasting a private beach and pool. Guests can also enjoy the on-site restaurant. Magical...This really was 5 star accomodation. Wonderful beach we also received an upgrade which was brilliant. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast had everything you could wish for. Very comfortable beds and extreemly clean, couldn't fault anything. It is probably catered more for the older generation as it is very quiet, although perhaps in high season there is more going on. All in all we loved it.
