I love the spaciousness of the whole house. Owner was very welcoming and explained everything to our family of 6! Demonstrated how to use all the facilities and the do’s and do not’s. The rooftop balcony is lovely and I wish I had such a sanctuary at my own home!

I didnt have the best room upon checking in so I asked if there was anything else. The staff thoroughly checked and I got a much better room! The facilities are nice and clean and I liked the location. There's a cool market very close by that also makes a great photo opp and easy shopping/food options.

For the 4th time, I had the chance to stay at Tabuse Villa Daio Resort, it was another an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Masaru who is always attentive. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. It feels like you are back home. The room was immaculate — beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with every comfort I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were high quality, and the attention to detail was evident everywhere. The hotel amenities were equally impressive. The hotel also has a pool, outdoor sauna room, BBQ corner and many other facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, and memorable stay. Especially if you are going for fishing around Mie prefecture. I can’t wait to go back.

Upstairs bedroom faced ocean. Staff very kind and accommodating e-bike was very good and surrounding area enjoyable to ride around. Italian dining was excellent.

I was worried it might be tacky, cheap, kitsch and so on, but it's just a really lovely and stylish slice of Mediterranean. Grounds and facilities were impeccable thanks to recent renovations. Great food, great public bath, great staff. The breakfast was a delight. It's just about within walking distance of the Yokoyama trail area if you're up for a bit of hiking.
