House keeping is 2secs they are so fast to bring things to your room, room service is amazing and the massage at the spa is a must!

I had a great stay at this hotel, clean rooms, great service, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. What truly stood out was the amazing staff, especially Riva and Susan. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and always welcoming and supportive.

I flew for a night to Beirut to attend a funeral. This is my first time back since my last visit for a conference two years ago. Roy and the team were absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, everyone was so friendly, and above all, the professionalism was at its finest. I had already requested a connecting room, but since we arrived late, they were all taken. Because we were only staying for 24 hours, the team generously upgraded us to a suite; it was magical! Truly the best 24 hours. My favourite people, my favourite hotel; nothing beats it. I loved everything about the property! The location was beautiful and peaceful, the pool area was amazing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
