The staff were nice and very friendly too so it is fair to say they made the difference.

The beachfront property has a private beach and an outdoor restaurant on site. Very beautiful room with a pretty garden, and it was helpful to have a washing area for foot and shower after the beach. We enjoyed your nice breakfast in peace every morning. We were staying very easy to have staffs who were very kind and friendly. It was very nice to have an evening cocktail with canape (free charge) at the beach.

Very well maintained facility and very friendly staff. A lot of amenities and activities prepared for guest. Above all, the surrounding nature has been preserved well and the beach is beautiful. I really recommend this hotel for family vacation. If i were to suggest some improvement, it would be good if the hotel has a buggy service available, and, if possible, create a staircase/walkway connecting the parking area directly to room walkway (as a shortcut) for guest convenience.

Though it close to town, it maintained the kampung environment so it suits my vibes.. The facility is good, room very clean and the pool is nice. Everyone enjoyed our stay

Resort Cozy is a 30-minute boat ride from Kuala Besut, and a 90-minute boat ride and drive from Kota Bharu Airport. Airport transfers are available at additional charges. We loved our stay in cozy. The location is very nice and is better than the other resorts/chalets around the area since it feels very private and has amazing views from the top. The food was also great and the staff were super nice, attentive and friendly, which makes the place even cozier. I would definitely come back here and would 100% recommend it. I also recommend the massage, we did it twice and wish we could do it again. Very professional and kind gentleman.

Resorts World is a 30-minute drive from Cherating, East Coast. Driving from Kuala Lumpur to the hotel will take 3 hours. For guests who drive, parking is provided for free. big room and very comfortable bed. many interesting activities can be done here. Very large swimming pool and clean beach. food is ok. many restaurants nearby. very beautiful surroundings . Maybe will come again next time
