Surrounded by greenery and situated across the Rapti River, Chitwan Village Resort is just 300 metres from Chitwan National Park’s jungle safari area. The property offers free Wi-Fi access in its public areas. Manager was super nice. Family business. All staff extremely friendly & helpful. Upon arrival, the manager gave us many options for safaris. I did not compare or check other alternatives, so I was a bit apprehensive, but our choices from his safari offerings , with guides on his staff, turned out to be fantastic. Breakfast was ok for me, but next day requested fresh vegetables instead of pancake, and request was promptly fulfilled. So most highly recommended on all accounts.

Among the various facilities of this property are a bar and a range of water sports facilities. The accommodation offers room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Banbas is a hidden gem! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was stepping into the national park. The property is right outside the national park, but it genuinely feels like part of it. The pond and wetland are teeming with life—100+ bird species, fish swimming around (a staff noted that fish are fed with waste food from the hotel kitchen!), and even a waterfall in the pool area. It’s so peaceful! The rooms are villa-style, super comfortable, and have amazing views of the pond. I loved the Tharu-style artwork in the decor—such a nice touch that celebrates local culture. The property is also wheelchair-friendly, which I really appreciated. The staff was fantastic—welcoming me with drinks and flowers at check-in. The food was a perfect mix of local and international dishes, and everything felt thoughtfully curated. Can’t wait to visit again!

Among the various facilities are a terrace and a bar. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. I came to Nepal not knowing what to expect but for mountains and I left amazed in significant part because of the hospitality of my Nepali hosts, including manager Gambhir and his attentive staff, who showed me wildlife and a glimpse of their lives as locals. On a walk one of my hosts picked dragonfruit from his own yard to serve me, and during an individual tour of the sweeping beauty of Chitwan National Park we passed right by the home of another. Visiting in the off season felt special, personalized for me, as did an afternoon watching a rhino graze about 100m from my park-facing room!

Absolutely fabulous resort. Beautiful gardens around a small lake. Location is next to an elephant sanctuary and close to the entrance of the park. Staff is formidable and they team has lots of knowledge of animals and nature.
Once I enter this resort, the vibe of architecture and ambience attracted me. The overall ambience was superb. I was surprised by the hospitality they provide me. They arranged everything properly and my stay was comfortable. I would defined recommend this resort to everyone seeking for best hospitality, supportive employees, quality stay, delicious food and best location to watch animals and bird sound.
I heard a lot about this resort and decided to have a stay on it. As I enter the gate of Royal Tiger luxury Resort, from that point of time it was just superb. Great hospitality was seen as I enter from the gate to everywhere. Food was brilliant and rooms were very hygiene. One of the best hospitable and polite staff I have ever interacted with. So in conclusion, Royal Tiger luxury Resort just exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much.
The Resort was clean, well situated and good value for money. The staff could not have been more helpful: they arranged jungle visits and a wonderful tree house stay for us. An added bonus was a delightful swimming pool which is not advertised - apparently so as not to attract noisy locals. It was good value for money
We got an upgrade to luxury room with free use of aircon. (Stayed 3 nights) Difference between standard and luxury is the bathroom. In luxury there is a bath, so not the whole bathroom gets wet taking a shower. I liked the garden and it was quiet at night. The beda where comfortable.
