Staff were excellent. Entrance, reception, restaurant and lifts all deserved their luxury claim. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were thin as requested. Location was great for us as only a 15 minute walk to our son's residence.

We absolutely loved our stay here it well exceeded our expectations, the apartment had everything we needed, the location was just wow unbeatable views over looking the city and harbour it was just all round 10/10!!! we didnt want to leave.

Exceptionally helpful staff that go out of their way to provide outstanding service. The room was clean and tidy. My heating wasn’t working properly and they sent someone straight away to get this repaired for me.

Such a comfortable hotel and such easy walking to airport departures. Couldn't be better. The staff were all so helpful. The Hotel has a luxury feeling. This all made paying a bit more definitely worth it.
